Very bad customer service. We went through the drive thru first and both didn’t work, either that or they just didn’t want to take our order because we heard nothing. We went inside to order and the man taking our order, who you can see in the photo, was very rude to my friend. My friend tried to show him a coupon he had for a birthday pastry (because not surprisingly the kiosk do not work either) and he angrily told him to not “shove it up his face”, mind you my friend didn’t put his phone anywhere near this man’s face. The counters were a complete mess with trash in display. They yelled our order number when they didn’t even give us our receipt to know the it. Overall very bad experience please don’t come here.
I should have realized that at 2am... the people who are working don't really care. Had to repeat order twice and then when I got to the window... it was wrong. The manager/supervisor seemed annoyed I didn't want the large drink as it was the same price. Had to wait about 5 minutes so I assumed (my mistake) that the items would be hot off the grill. Not! The two McDoubles were a) cold and b) not McDoubles (they gave me cheeseburgers instead). The buns were stale and on the "chewy" side and the cheese, being cold, was like rubber. The fries were okay. :-|I've always had issues with this location but figured how bad could they screw up a simple order. They accepted the challenge and went out of their way to make the experience one that ranks up there with a root canal or a tax audit. I was going to call the manager... but for what? They don't care. :-(Next time I'm hungry after 11pm... I'll fix a sandwich from the fridge; I know it will be correct. ;-)
Not entirely sure what was going on. They seemed abnormally busy for only having 3 orders up. I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order but it came out quickly. The food was correct but haphazardly put together.
It's ok if you like McDonald's. Me personally I hate McDonald's, BK, Wendy's. Basically I hate fast food but it's convenient so I usually pick up a breakfast sandwich to tide me over until I get home for supper. I will say and why I am only giving it 3 stars is because they mess up my order quite often. This McDonald's doesn't do it very often and I called the last time which they did offer to give me the sandwich I ordered the next day for free but I didn't bother with it because well its a bit of a hassle, I feel stupid doing so, and I ate the sandwich which was pretty nasty but got me through the day. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and received a sausage biscuit with no egg or cheese. I'm not a fan of sausage and without the egg and cheese it is just horrible lol. Unfortunately I had already gotten back on the interstate and didn't have time to stop anywhere else so I either had to go without and feel bad all day or choke it down so I could get through the day. The times before that they gave me a mcmuffin instead of biscuit which actually was bad so I didn't complain. The staff and management was very polite and I understand things happen. Actually that is also why I didn't bother and if it wasn't for the front royal McDonald's employees being so rude (except for the sweet old lady who takes the orders) and always messing up my order I probably wouldn't had called them.
This location doesn’t honor some mobile app deals if the deals are too good. Happened to me twice already. At the drive through window they tell me the transaction didn’t go through and I, or they have to cancel the order. I’m pretty sure they are lying because the owner/manager is too cheap.
I love this McDonald's. Orders are always correct, staff is friendly and food is hot. I went to this particular location for 10 years and was never disappointed. After a 7 year absence I had to return to the area under sad circumstances and the service and food did not disappoint! ?
I ordered 10 Piece nuggets and with fries. I must say it was a great experience. I was totally satisfied with my order. The fries and nuggets were hot, fresh and crispy. Just because it was SO GOOD. I went again next day for the 2nd time just to taste the same hot fresh fries with nuggets. Way to go keep it up!!!
The place was like any average McDonald’s but one thing stood out most of all a employee, I think his name was yusif, the entire time he had a smile on and was happy to work there however I wish that the rest of the employees were like him this was the best McDonald’s experience I ever had I wish he got promoted and there were more people like him :)
The unsweet tea with 3 splendid added was mildewed. They need to refrigerate after they close.
I was eating inside the Restaurant with my kids, the food was good just that one of the managers I guess, was yelling to another employee like crazy. I had to stand up and talk to her because I went there to eat and have a nice afternoon and all what I was listening was this lady yelling to the employee that took my order.Im pretty sure that the supervisor doesn’t know that.
