Average McDonald's but I threw them a curve ball and ordered a couple of egg and cheese Muffins with bacon instead of sausage.... OMG... extended my order time by a factor of 10X and put the entire crew into convulsions! It would have been comical if it had not been so frustrating because I was trying to get in and out as quick as possible!
Literally j went in to get forks for another meal and the lady at the front stated “we’re not a supplier, I’m not giving you forks”. My buddy offered to buy a drink to make up for the fact we wanted forks and the lady again said “you don’t need a fork for a drink”. ive worked fast food before, i don’t understand why she didn’t just give us the forks and moved on.
I came in for a quick bite, but was disgusted before I could order.I like to wash my hands when I go some place to eat. Today was no different, I used the mens room and there was water all over the top of the urinal and the pipes were leaking. Quick observation told me, don’t flush, it will only make it worse. So the wetness on the ground could be pee or water, likely both.Then I went to wash my hands, I got soap and placed my hands under the faucet, and no water came out. Now waiting and moving my hands all around the faucet, I noticed an empty water bottle on the sink where I guess someone resulted to use their own water to wash their hands.I was so disgusted, I did not stay to eat.
We stopped by after a park playdate for $1 drinks for the kids. Half of them fell asleep during the short ride and the drive thru line was long, so we did curbside order. When the woman brought our drinks out, she rudely said to us, "next time you come inside for your drinks." I tried being polite but she refused to say anything else. I get that drinks can get heavy but geez, i was only asking for a service they offer. Disappointed.
This drive through worker gave us two small iced coffee cups with soda instead of our large drinks with our meals. Then they left an EMPTY grandma candy wrapper in the bag. This is simply appaling!
Went through drive-thru and the fries were cold and hard the bread on the sandwich was cold and hard the cheese was not melted. This was wasted money and if I hadn't been in a hurry to get back home I would have turned around to get my money back. Luckily this is not a location I would frequent again because it's not in my area but bad service especially through drive-thru.
Did a curbside pickup order. They forgot the bottled water, then I realized they forgot the entire happy meal... Went in and got it. Got home and half the happy meal was missing... And they also put onions and pickles on the qtr pounder when we asked for none.
This is hands down the WORST McDonald's and that's saying a lot as most are pretty bad.Was told "cash only" when I tried to place my order. They didn't seem to want to actually work late at night.Then, I was told 3 different totals by two different employees3 different totals....I think this place is charging whatever they want and pocketing the cash. Might want to look into this one corporate...
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. There always seems to be a problem. If it’s not my order being wrong its the staff who seems to not want to work at night. I placed my mobile order in and arrived to McDonald’s. When I arrived the lady at the window tells me they only taking cash. I told her my mobile order was already in. She didn’t care and went back to talking on the phone to whoever. Keep in mind this is not the first time this happens. If the manager is anything like these worker then they should be fired ASAP for allowing this to happen. I want my money back!!!
You've got to work a lot harder when you're across the street from a Chick-fil-A. I waited 13 minutes for my food this morning and watched several other people have to pull up and wait as well.
