I have ordered from Manhattan Pizza in Sterling many times--always pleased. I've ordered the steak and cheese sub, the grilled veggie sandwich, the chicken gyro sandwich, onion rings, chef salad, Greek salad The salads that cost around $10 are a nice size--can be used for two meals.
We ordered over 90 minutes ago. No one is picking up the phone for us to check status. Wanted to try this local business but sadly food never showed up so will be filing a claim with our credit card company and order from Dominos instead.
Give this Crapstablishment a ZERO, I called 3x nobody picked up, i come to the restaurant dude is literally sitting there “why he can’t answer the phone !?” IDK… he’s not busy cuz the place is completely empty & then I go to place my order & he tells me they can only make pizza & calzone tonight like the cook took a PTO day…. This place is ALWAYS dead, nowhere near clean & just straight up trash whoever owns this building put it under new management immediately I’m shocked they can make profit off the one cookie a day sales smh
This Manhattan used to be my go to pizza and sub favorite. At some point the delivery service changed, delivery time tripled, topping options disappeared altogether, and the subs are sloppily prepared with less meat and toppings. My delivery today was the last straw; time to try out some new shops through a new delivery service.
Long-time customer of Manhattan, but recently, the quality has been poor from the Sterling location--I live in Great Falls. Recently, I had my worst product experience to-date. I reached out to them via Facebook, with no response. Historically, I'm a fan and have recommended Manhattan to many friends, but if this poor quality continues, they will lose me as a customer and advocate.
Pizza is so yummy! Customer service needs work! They served us black/burnt garlic knots and tried to cover the black with sauce. Had them make me a new order and they served us barely cooked dough... it was all uncooked dough on the inside. I came on a busy Friday and ordered for 7 but between them being busy and having to get multiple things in the order fixed I ended up waiting for a Togo order for 1 hour and 35 mins!!!!
We order the gyro pizza topping..the smallest portion of gyro ever i wish I can show you the photo I took of the pizza which I send to my friends in nyc it’s no Manhattan pizza what a joke …but the pizza was good …
On 12/8 at 3;30 in the afternoon I ordered a pizza' a beer and a cannnoli After waiting over an hour the pizza arrived cold' and the beer warm. When I called to complain the order taker told me she would send me another pizza but I would have to wait an hour for delivery. When I told her to cancel the order and refund the price of the pizza and the delivery charge I was told' in a raised voice that I got the beer and the cannoli so she would not refund the delivery charge. She then told me if I didn't like their delivery ' I should pick up my order. I have been a customer for over 4 years and each year the service gets worse and the help gets ruder.
The food is actually quite good but their delivery is awful. Prices increased over 20% and it takes over 2 hours to get your food. When you do get it, it’s cold. I only live 5 mins away so takeout is okay but delivery just isn’t worth it. They should switch to a third party delivery company if they cannot do it themselves.
It was ok. Staying in my plow truck made me very hungry. It would be a lot nicer had the meat sauce and meatballs had salt but it wasn't terrible
