We were lucky enough that this location was nearest to us when we stayed in Fairfax VA. It's clear the employees work hard and take great care in making pizzas. Hands down, the best Stuffed Crust and best ExtraMostBestest we've had in 10 states. We're Little Cesar's fanatics, and have had experiences ranging from very poor to very good. For this location, we went at least 4 times in a 3 week period. Perfect each time! 6 out of 5 stars!!
I’m so disappointed because we were calling a lot of times the phone was ringing and no body answer, is 8pm I was gonna do a big order and they don’t get the freaking phone and I went there and it was no busy at all this is so bad…. I hope de manager sees this and talk to the employees this is bad …. On April 2 ,2022 so mad

It's a Little Caesars Pizza. You get exactly what you paid for. A hot and ready cheap pizza.
The parking lot is pretty small so it could get oacked quickly. We got lucky and found a spot around the back end. They always have the lunch combo at a very cheap price and always got and ready (which is their motto) so hey, extra kudos!I got the pepperoni pizza lunch combo with pineapple crush and it was just perfect! Cheap and quick! Their cash register associate was very efficient and polite. I was in and out in less than five minutes. It took me loner to get back to the car because a lady in the parking lot was doing a 10-point turn. Bless her heart.
Came to this location around 9:15 PM they close at 10PM. I am new to the area and had never been to this location. It was difficult to find it in the shopping center because all of the outside lights were not lit up along with the open sign which was turned off. I called the store to get some guidance as to where exactly they were located in the shopping center and no one answered. All other stores in the shopping center had working outside lights including the neighboring stores. I finally found the location. Initially I thought they had closed early. However, I was able to enter. Once I entered the female that was working never greeted me. In fact when I said hello she just looked at me and didn’t respond back. I placed my order and she never said thank you, have a good night, nothing. Definitely was not friendly at all. I called the store again today to speak with the Manager and inform them about my experience and again no one answered. This is why I decided to complete a review.
False advertising. on the window it says $5 pepperoni. inside menu say $5.55
If I can give them no stars I would ,horrible customer service there so rude .I asked that if on the slices n stix which is half pepperoni and the other half cheese breadstick to please not add the pepperoni. I was told they can’t ,so I asked to speak to the manager.but No one wanted to attend me , and hung up on me ignoring my calls.
So how do I even start, well I went around 6:45 pm and right before I ordered a young lady came in with an aggressive tone and attitude and started to yell to the staff. It seems that this young lady works there because she brought her personals problems to the job and started to insult another staff member over some personal things that could’ve been talked after work or in a private place, the young lady that was being attacked for no reason handle her posture and knew how to react, props to her. But that doesn’t change the fact that there were customers inside waiting for food and had to listen to all the commotion, making some of the customers leave the store. I had to leave as well because this young lady was disturbing the staff and they couldn’t do their job. This is a really bad picture to Little Caesar because management let personal problems take over business hours. No one didn’t have a name tag so I cannot tell who it was, but management should look deep into it and suspend or even fired the responsible for all this fight and insults while having customers waiting for pizza.
