Just because something is on the menu does not mean people automatically know what to order. What if it's your first time getting boba tea? Customer service from here needs improvement. I don't know why some people work in customer service if they don't have a clue on how to serve the customer. Do better
Great! Staff are super friendly, just wish they'd put a little more boba in the teas. It's 65 cents for boba now and at least be generous with the portions please!
I’ve been there and the boba is amazing outstanding the only thing that bugged was that the wait was about 20 min

This doesn’t apply to just this location but all the locations in the area are always out of specific drinks that are listed on the menu for weeks or even months. Why have it on the menu if it’s never available? This location at least answers the phone for inquiries about whether they have a specific drink there.
I had to pick up my order at a certain time and he made me wait 15 minutes to just start making it. I deliver the orders of all those who were there and those who arrived after me. The worst thing is that he just treated me after complaining 2 times. Not to return to this place. Zero friendliness
