I usually get wow milk coco cream here, and always it was so tasty!But I don’t know why the bubble were so hard to chew it yesterday. I could not drink at all. I went to another kungfu tea to get my new bubble tea..? I’m taking off the stars because of the quality of bubbles yesterday.

I love this location a lot! It’s my all-time favorite store which helped me reach my black belt status! I really love the staff-super friendly and super helpful!Thank you KFT! ❤️

Terrible customer service does not even begin to describe this place.As I walked to the door of Kung-Fu Tea, a guy stood up in my face from a bench, then when opened the door he almost knocked me down. I honestly thought he was drunk, high, or just a person without a home, so I did not say a word. I also held my tongue when he walked right in front of me as I approached the register to order, going to what I thought was the restroom.However, he walked behind the counter and put on a mask.??????So, I placed my order, then this "person" making my drink decided to tell me what I ordered from the person at the register, and although he was wrong, doubled-down AND got extremely confrontational. Seriously, over a drink. I am not sure if this is supposed to be a bad area of town (I just moved here.), but dang.I do not often get bad customer service, but when I do I will always let people know the places to avoid.

Just because something is on the menu does not mean people automatically know what to order. What if it's your first time getting boba tea? Customer service from here needs improvement. I don't know why some people work in customer service if they don't have a clue on how to serve the customer. Do better

I normally don't have much issue with this location, but this time, I feel like I need to speak up.I had ordered a mango green tea with boba. This drink usually comes with jelly unless you request to not have it. So my drink should have jelly and Boba. The girl who made it forgot to add the jelly, which I only realized after I left the store. I went back in to inquire about the jelly (thinking if it might be a new policy), and the guy who I spoke to (not the girl who made my drink) was kind enough to offer either to make another drink or add the jelly. So I just said to give me the jelly in a separate cup is fine. As he was about to do that, another guy, whom I supposed is the store manager or at least higher position than the first guy, just kinda pushed him to the side and asked me what I already told the first guy. He sorta had an attitude and made me feel like I shouldn't have even have asked about the jelly in the first place. First of all, I did not mean to cause any trouble. I went back to inquire to see if it's a new thing with the toppings, and seeing that is not, I was just getting back what my drink should've had. Second of all, I feel like the second guy was rude the way he pushed the first guy aside, was so uncalled for. The first guy was already helping me, why did he have to do that? And with his whole demeanor, it was just unpleasant. The first guy was very polite, he has good customer service.

They don’t have “honey dew” flavor!!! Why?!? Besides that great service, good menu and great variety of teas, slushes, shakes and nice clean store. I’m hoping they can add this flavor to their menu so I can go there often.

Reliably good place. Plenty of options as far as bubble tea and related drinks go, and they outline their ordering options (sugar levels for example). The staff is polite, fast. Good indoor and outdoor seating too. I'm a fan.

The drinks are great.. customer service sucks though. The staff needs to learn how treat their customers

Made the wrong drink, instead of making it new, they strained it and put in different ingredients. Ruined the flavor. Can’t believe I tipped for this type of service. Waste of time and money.

Very rude staff. Horrible service. I called this branch many times, they don’t pick up the phone. Finally went inside the store and put my order in. I asked if they can bring the order to the car (due to COVID reasons). I showed them the car which was literally parked right outside the store. They refused to bring the bubble tea for curbside pickup. When I said, what am I tipping you guys for they basically replied that next time don’t tip. They said they were super busy but there were 5 staff working. Definitely not going to this place ever again!
