The worst service. After ordering a drive thru, made us wait up front instead of telling us upfront before taking money that this would take time. Then the worker gave orders to people coming after us and deliberately made the order slower.Edit: Apparently the drive thru is horrible. Dont come here.

The Absolute WORST carry out I've been to......Order always online.....get to KFC Sterling and always a major problem, No record of my order, ask me my name 5 times, fifth time I YELL IT AT THEM......then they go back n forth to wherever, finally appearing again and asking me what I ordered, and I tell them for the fight time. Then they find my order. Food hasn't been bad, but getting your order is like getting a colonoscopy without anesthesia!!!Since Bojangles opened, have never returned to this abortion of a carry out fast food restaurant
Make sure you check everything when you go through the drive through or you may get home to find they didn’t give you your complete order. Second time the Sterling VA location has charged me but didn’t include my full order. Customer service / attention to detail is not their strong point.
repeatedly fail to complete simple orders. Ordered a 4 piece, 2 drumsticks 2 thighs. Get home - 4 overcooked and dry Drumsticks.....
Absolutely the worst drive thru in the area. After making a simple order i was greeted with a price at the window 8much higher than it said on the sign.. When i asked why they then told me what they thought was my order and i let them know it was not correct. Instead of just politely amending the order they proceeded to rudely insist i was wrong and then a second employee chimed in saying the same thing but in a harsher and ruder tone. I will never return to this KFC especially when I can go up the street to Chick fill A and be treated with respect.

I order Nashville hot chicken tender and they gave me regular chicken tender. I called them even they didn’t said sorry. I asked for my full refunds and they just end the call I called lots of time but no one pickup the call. They need to change the supervisor it was one lady if she doesn’t no how to do a refunds how she is running the store???
