Whoever is adding the toppings to subs today around 1230 needs to be replaced immediately, horrible personality and just throws everywhere, half missing the sub itself
11 dollars for a “regular” sized sandwich and chips with no drink ? Very mediocre deli.
We go to this location about once a month. Our last order included an Italian Hoagie salad that was ridiculous...little lettuce and no dressing. In add ton, they neglected to include a sandwich which prompted us to return. No one seemed concerned or offered any compensation. Tonight's order of an Italian Hoagie included an old and stale roll. Very disappointing as we generally love their product,

I went in during peak lunch hour and didn’t have to wait long. The team was fast, communicated well, and was in sync which made getting my order easy and quick. There was a big guy who made my sandwich which such passion and style I felt important and wanted to thank him for his amazing energy and leave a positive review for the store.
Good and prompt service with friendly employees except all of the employees weren’t wearing masks in a cramped part of the store.
Wife got a vegetable sub, no issues in that, but when it came to my #44 my order was taken and then given as a freebie to a different customer without any question even when that customer brought up that he didn't order that sub. Branch seems to be in a bit of a transition period so I'm sure this will get fixed but it's disappointing that they can't keep track of orders when the business isn't even packed.
Best steak and cheese you can order from 20165. I wish they had their own delivery and didn't have to go through door dash
Such a great a wonderful staff. They work very quick and are extremely efficient! Delicious sandwiches!
