I visited the IHOP in Virginia area, and it was a beautiful experience. First off, we were there as early as 9am, and to my surprise it was packed with so many people. We had to make our reservation and were asked to wait for about 15mins before a table will be ready for us. But I noticed the right side of the restaurant was not in use, don't know if it because of covid. And in about 15mins, our table was ready, a lasy came out and didnt like the numeber of peowaiting to get tables and she made sure a lot of tables got ready and fixed people in them. We ordered for coffee and hot chocolate, pancakes with sausage, the spicy poblano omelette( even though they are not as spicy as we would have wanted). The server was really nice and cautious, we enjoyed the meal so much.I would definitely visit again. Thank you IHOP for alway delivery good meals every single time.
Ok after getting by the dazed young man with poor greeting skills at the Host desk. Yeah I enter the IHOP and he looks at me, no "Welcome to IHOP how may I help you or even dining in.or take out" just a hey ?. Granted it was late nite and I just wanted some pancakes before retiring, but professionalism is not time restrictive.Silverware cleanBathroom 7 out of 10 usableService. 5 of 10Food 10 of 10
Good service, good food! Open 24hrs. Late night menu is a bit expensive, but we were able to at least get the senior discount...which they wouldn't give us in Herndon.Won't be going back to Herndon location at all, its difficult to get to and not as good as route 7 location .
The most racist IHop and closest one to my house and every time I come here takes 30 mins for some to take my order. Even tho an employee asked me IF SOMEONE TOOK MY ORDER & JST WALKED OFF??!! Until a hispanic customer called them out and then they skip me and went ahead to help him luckily he was respectful and told them it's my turn. I was tryna eat before fasting and it's alrdy sunrise by now so you can understand my frustration

Why does IHOP sell pancakes?" -My son, 5I've never had one of their burgers, but their pancakes, burritos, and other breakfast foods are great. My wife is not a fan, so sometimes I'll take the kids here when it is just the three of us.
Good restaurant. The food came out quick and hot. My side salad was okay. Had to ask for a refill on my water. Yet another restaurant that doesn’t refill water without asking for it. Bathrooms were real clean. A very welcome sight in comparison to like establishments. Excellent customer service. Quick seating. Quick order taking. I’d return if in the area.
Food was good what you'd expect from an IHOP. Service was great everyone was very nice and order came out pretty quick
