We had little cheeseburger all the way with no mushrooms, and cajun fries. It was cooked with no mistake. Even they ask almost double price in comparison to other fastfood burger chains, they deserve 5 stars.

While the food here is on par with other Five Guys, the service at this location is abysmal. On a recent order we placed at this location, the staff forgot to pack one of the burgers and then had the gall to question my girlfriends integrity when we went back to retrieve the replacements we called for when their own security footage would have displayed their mistake. The food is fine, but if you prefer to patronize honest establishments, look elsewhere.
Food was fine but poor cashier was being ignored. She called back orders multiple times but grill lady and friend were more interested in talking. Asked if this was normal and she just tried to laugh it off and said it was really loud and maybe they didn't hear her. Don't think she really believed it. Didn't get a name but she looked pretty young. Management didn't seem to care. They should treat their employees with respect more. Just go to the one in Herndon.
Ordered two little cheeseburgers, one with lettuce, tomato, ketchup mayo mustard, and the other one with everything they both came out perfecty. Got a small fries as well and the fries were done perfectly, everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. Food was still hot when we got home 10 minutes later. Very clean restaurant as well.
The door clearly says open 11:00 a.m. Google says open 11:00 a.m., yeah when I walked up at 11:00 the doors were locked. Punctuality is the backbone of a polite society, if you're not open on time, what else are you doing wrong?
Honestly I left a super negative review on their internal app. The app said my food was ready. It was not. The first two people I spoke to said I had to go to the back to get my food. The people at the back wouldn't acknowledge any of us standing back there. Finally I lost my temper and started yelling. 11 minutes I was just entirely ignored. But it's like mostly not the staff's fault. Whatever computer programmer decided time could be saved by pretending food is ready to be picked up when it's objectively not is probably mostly to blame. I hope these workers get a better class of customer than I was tonight.
Good food with friendly service. This shop has always had great staff.
Everything was fire as usual except personally I felt the fries were under seasoned but hey you can't account for preference if I don't say something.
A guilty pleasure. Tasty burgers, and a ridiculous amount of fries.
