it took me 25+ minutes to get two subs. staff was more concerned about filling online orders than my order as an in store customer. they filled multiple online orders for people not present before filling mine. that is unacceptable. and unacceptable timeliness in my opinion. no reason to have to wait 25 minutes for 2 subs
I love Firehouse Sub. The customer service is good. The sandwich artistry could be better but I'll just leave that to training. Some people like their sandwiches loaded up other people's like it a little less loaded

How hard is it to get a drink order right? I always ask for delivery on a gallon of ZERO LIMEAID and never fails, they cannot do it! They want to offer a $2.00 credit for 2 cups of Limeaid, unmarked, with ice. NOPE! JUST LOOK AT THE ORDER
Everyone behind the counter appears catatonic, it is eerily silent, and a 5 man pile up of customers waiting on sandwiches precedes me but I can't tell if anyone in here is actually an employee or working on anything.
I was reluctant to order because the restaurant tables was not properly cleaned after guests were eating. After using a dirty bathroom I ordered with my family over $60 of sandwiches. As we waiting for food to be ready 2 of us were drinking and eatching chips. One of the employee asked us to take our food and leave because we did have masks. How do we eat with masks on? Will never return and will never recommend.
The food is always tasty but the staff seem like they're checked out and I have had an issue with the order every single time I've been there and this being the first time I've had it delivered. I don't know why it seems to be so difficult to make a sandwich but it's pretty much driven me away from eating here anymore. How Extra Onions translates to less onions and Salami Only means leave the Honey Ham is beyond me. It's even worse when every time I go in to the shop it's completely dead so you would expect extra care to be taken without having a ton of orders to fill.Update: This last visit I had a much better experience due to an employee named Jake. Jake made sure to check with me any time he wasn't sure about how I wanted my sub. I really appreciate it when someone wants to make sure that you get quality instead of being too embarrassed to ask if they'd forgotten. For making my experience at Firehouse a good one.
Ordered 3 subs via Ubber eats. Eventually got 1 sub belonging to someone else. Uber eats useless and completely unhelpful. Firehouse sub employee Rodrigo equally unhelpful during phone call 04/08/21 approx 8:30 pm. Service sucks. I paid a fortune for items not received.
Absolutely LOVED the subs and the incredibly friendly employees. I received my sub complimentary for my birthday! Will definitely stop in again if in the area!
