The ingredients in the food definitely tasted fresh and were delicious!I do wish that they added more cheese inside the baleadas. It barely had any. :’(The tables could also use some wiping down, they were very sticky.It’s pretty humid inside so I suggest ordering for take out.
I don't even know where to start! We collaborated with El Chef for an incredible community event at my school. They all went above and beyond to help us provide FREE pupusas to our families! They made over 600 pupusas and each one had RAVE reviews from EVERYONE that tried them! We are so thankful for this partnership with our school and definitely have plans to go to the restaurant again and again! We HIGHLY recommend El Chef, you won't regret it!
We had El Chef Latino bring their truck to our end-of-year picnic at Guilford Elementary School in Sterling. For a very reasonable price they made hundreds of our students, families, teachers, and community members happy! Their food is delicious and their staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Whether it's for a big event or you're just stopping in for lunch... El Chef Latino is where you want to go!

Salchichas, chicharron, yuca, tortas, and the papusas are all great! I had the pollo con crema and that was tasty too. Great portions! Only compliant is that the chorizo meat for the tacos come out try. The rest of tacos are alright.
El Chef Latino LLC, has come a long way from the first time I visited. The staff is very good at making accommodations of the menu and prepare the meals with so much care and quality that it's worth giving them a shot for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is located in Sterling, VA ; across the road from the new DMV. Although kind of isolated in a small portion of the shopping center with very limited parking and a Subways, a Chinese restaurant and a Hispanic bakery it tends to get lost in plain sight because most of the signs are red and white, so you'd have to stop to actually see El Chef Latino. But the food is good, the inside of the restaurant can handle a small crowd.
