Pro: clean space. I noticed manager reminding staff to clean and empty trash if full. Staff was friendly and welcoming.Con: went here for an ice cream with my son and he was looking forward to the summer cups of the shark, turtle, and dolphin. Was told they did not have them. Then I noticed a new Baskin Robbins flavor of breakfast. Sounded interesting so I asked for a tasting. They do not do tastings...okkkkk..... What do you have? Haha. The young man was very kind and friendly and I know it's not on him, but it's a shame that things are advertised and not available. Overall a nice experience for a treat!

One of the most dirty and unhygienic Dunkin I have ever seen. If you go inside the store at least you 15 mins you have wait to place your order because every on busy with drive thru. They gave my order to somebody else & when I asked for my order they were giving me somebody’s else’s order and insisting that it’s the same. Person who took my order kept wiping his nose and want even wearing the the gloves. You can imagine how filthy that would be.

This place is a joke. I came in today for a medium iced latte with an extra shot of espresso. When I was given my drink I knew it wasn't right just based on how light it was. I tried it and of course it wasn't made right. I then went inside and the older lady with the red hair told me she put an extra shot of espresso in my drink. I told her to remake it and then she told me the espresso machine was broken and it would be a while or I could have my money back. So she didn't make my drink right and she charged me for a shot of espresso I apparently didn't even get due to a broken machine that was hardly making espresso. All the girls here have major attitudes as well and none of them can follow orders correctly. My drinks always taste different and when I order a sandwich it is never right.

This location has very rude staffs all speak Spanish together and very impolite with customers at least need one educated staff whom remind them respect since all have same attitude they become more aggressive. I will never go again there and highly recommend from corporate to improve the management and customer service.

$5. Small chocolate shake was basically wiped cream. I noticed my shake was all whip cream. What a scamAny drink you buy here ask without wiped cream.

It's bad every time I go. Plenty of staff, only 4 to 5 people in store and yet they still move at a glacial pace. They also have a kiosk at this location and accept mobile orders, but they're both useless. You're still going to wait either way. Lastly, my order is wrong every time. How is that possible. I now go to the other Sterling location.

We wanted to buy fresh pack ice cream, but they ran out of containers. So we ended up picking from the freezer. The problem with that is you don't have much choice. Just select from 3,4 varieties that are stocked.I hope we solve this supply chain issue soon.

Stopped in for some breakfast and grabbed a muffin and some coffee. Coffee had the flavor of someone not rinsing out the cleaner from the Carafe. Terrible. The muffin was hard as a brick. Probably from a couple days ago.....Quality was the worst I have ever been too.

Drive thru is really bad, always making mistake on the order. Manager can’t speak English properly and doesn’t comply with complaints. She doesn’t have any experience in customer service. I will not come back to this store. I think Reston Dunkin’ is better.
