This location will mess up your order every. single. time. It's like they just don't bother to read what's actually on the mobile orders. Order white cheddar, you'll get American cheese. Order Turkey sausage, you'll get regular sausage. I could get past this but the staff isn't very polite when you need corrections no matter how nicely you ask in person, and the donuts tend to be stale first thing in the morning.
This place should close doors and move on. Stale donuts, poor service and bad attitude. Took 15 minutes to get one cup of black coffee and two stale donuts. Unbelievable.The employees are gross, no gloves, hair nets, no masks. What a dump !!
Ordered curbside pickup and waited over 30 minutes. And my order was wrong.
We used to get bagels from here and they would give us enough cream cheese, but we got a couple bagels recently and there was barely so cheap.
Came inside to buy a coffee and donut. Stood at the register for 5 full minutes while the 3 employees behind the counter filled other orders, organized the donut trays, and who knows what else. At no point did anyone even acknowledge my presence or say something like "We're busy right now but will be with you as soon as possible."I've started buying my coffee at Cold Spoon further down in the shopping center. Its as good or better than Dunkin' and I am happy to be supporting a local business.
I go to this DD almost everyday for 2 months and the food was great until just this week been horrible. The macchiato is almost taste like is in the bottom of the pot with the black beans floating around and tasted super bitter not in a good way disgusting ? the pancake as if you are eating card board, What a waste of money they are getting expensive now too don’t mind paying the good food but this one not worth it. I don’t know if they change staff if they do they need some serious training.
Ordered breakfast through UberEats. Not only did they fill half the order, but when I called they admitted it saying they ran out and told me we would just figure it out and ask for a refund. Also we got 4 hash browns in the order and the breakfast wrap was little and not good. This DD is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I’m not even mad anymore, I’m Impressed as to the amount of times this specific location has messed up even simple things like mobile orders.

Store window poster promoted a seasonal $3 medium drink. I was charged full price. Since he could not fix the point of sale issue, I told the employee to cancel my drink and return my cash. He stated that he couldn't do that since I paid cash, even though he agreed that I was overcharged. To get my over payment back of about $2, I was instructed to come back the next day. Uh ok, I should spend about 20 minutes of my next day to get my refund because of their error? This is not acceptable. To make matters worse, the iced coffee drink was lukewarm since the employee didn't make it correctly.
