Only received 3 pieces of chicken in the chicken Alfredo but the place still slaps just disappointed with what I got
I used to like this place but it has gone down in quality both for food and service.
Fast delivery and great customer service if you have any issues.
We always love our Domino's location. And we have loved the brand ever since they remade themselves. We recently had a minor order prep issue (our 1st ever issue with them), but they went above and beyond to make things right for us. 10/10 would recommend!
Let me preface by saying that I realize the obvious answer is -why do you keep ordering from them. I think I am done.This store is horrible. My last 4 orders have been made incorrectly. When I call to tell them the order is wrong and ask them to fix it, the 4 responses I have received are "...its because you ordered like only 1 hr before we close, of course there's going to be mistakes", "umm....the person making pizzas tonight has been working here for a really long time, i DOUBT they messed up your order", and twice "you have to talk to the manager about it-call back tomorrow ". They never fix the order and there is never a manager to speak to.Secondly, and definitely more irritating-when the delivery driver comes to the door, they insist EVERY TIME now that I increase the tip because "we work only for tips, we don't get paid". Even if that were true, am I old fashioned to think it is still bad manners to ask for, nevermind DEMAND a tip, or more of a tip. Tonight's delivery driver actually put his foot in the door to keep my daughter from closing it while he accosted her regarding the tip (which was a little over 20% of the bill).
When they get your order right, it's pretty good pizza. My most recent order instructions were ignored and the order itself had a substituted item with no notification to me. It seems you have better luck winning a lotto scratcher than actually getting your order completed correctly in a timely manner.
The last time I ordered my order was wrong, but was corrected with a free pizza. I used that coupon this time and am so very impressed and satisfied with the food but especially with the woman who delivered my food, Annette. She had about 3 or 4 orders in my building that she was dropping off at the same time. She took the time to ensure that my order was indeed mine and the correct order she was dropping off. She has redeemed my prior bad experience! Thank you!
The kindest and most caring folks! I had been traveling ALL day and it was just a bad day all around. I didn't have a chance to eat anything all day long, so when I got to my hotel and settled in, I started looking at my delivery options. I chose Dominos and placed my order. To make a long story short, my order literally disappeared! One of the young ladies went above and beyond to help me get it straightened out. AND THEN she called me back to see if I still wanted to place an order!!! and it was 20-minutes before closing! Now THAT'S Customer Service! And the delivery driver was very patient and courteous! Hands down, the best Dominos experience I've ever had! I'm sorry I didn't get your names, but Thank You for everything! You're The BEST!!!
I ordered a pizza for delivery even though I’m in the same plaza area. They refused to simply hand my order out the door to me simply because they can’t. The service representative I talked to was rude and my order was cold. So this is the last time I will waste my money at this poor service establishment.
Delivery is super fast and pizza always is very hot!
