Store canceled my delivery order after 30 minutes of waiting with no explanation as to why. Not happy, complete waste of my time. App says to call the store. Tired calling multiple times and no answer. Ordered from Pizza Hut. Shame I get dominos delivered pretty regularly (just not from here) since I travel in a service truck. I ordered to the Hampton inn literally down the road from the store. Oh well, I’ll be sure not to waste time here in the future.
Workers are untrained on how to do nationwide promos. “Uhh, I usually just give people 20% off if they haven’t paid yet, but you paid online already [exactly like the promo said to so].”Frustrating.
Writing This a little late, but around September of 2021. I went to the store to get a mix or match for two medium pizzas and had an argument given about how their store did not do the offers on the commercial. When one could select it from the website or the app for this exact store. I was greeted by a nasty attitude given to me by the person handling my order. I believe their name was John. I tried to explain this to him and he was laughing at me really weirdly which made me cringe and told me to "ask for someone." Then I asked for a manager and a girl named sim came in and apologized and still did not want to honor my order! but would add the lava brownie cakes for free. Needless to say I did not place and will not go back to this poor excuse of a store with people who also passive aggressively laugh at you when one leaves.
Ordered a veggie pizza to break our fast and found bacon chunks in it. Went back to the store and instead of apologizing or making the order right, the cashier argued over the eaten slice and how the bacon came from their cutter. Rude and unprofessional staff.
My son loves Domino’s pizza and 9/10 times the on off Sterling Blvd gets the order right and gets it here while it’s still Hot… Thank you Domino’s
I don’t know what everyone else is complaining about but I’ve never had an issue with the Sterling Dominos. The one time my order was incorrect I had a new order at my door within 10-15. Thanks for your hard work!
2 times they canceled my order with no reason.Friday night and Saturday they canceled my order without any reason. This store is sterling is awful. They don’t answer phone and for no reason they just easily cancel your order. Never buy pizza from Sterling domino’s store.
the delivery person messed up our last order but the management from this location called us directly and gave us credit for future order… messing up sometime is inevitable… it is always how you right it that really matters and this location did an awesome job in keeping me as their customer ?
Horrible customer service. Pizza was over hour and a half late and cold. They marked my order delivered before it even got to my house. When I drove to the store to confronted the manager about lying, he actually somehow got mad at me for calling his employee out for their terrible customer service.The 2 times I’ve ordered previously, they forgot my ranch both times also. Never buying from there again. Go to Joes Pizzeria right across the street instead. Food and service is way better
Service is absolute trash. I have had so many issues with the specific dominos it’s not even funny anymore. I just ordered last night and they messed my order up and forgot items. Not only that but the food was cold when it arrived. I have tried calling the store at least 20 times since last night to get ahold of someone to fix the issue and they refuse to answer the phone. Go somewhere else honestly this place is a complete joke and so are the workers.
