Horrible experience on Father's Day. I ordered a customized cake on June 18, 2022. Went to pick it up and learned that the order was not filled because of the influx of Father's Day orders. No one notified that this would be the case. Because I had prepaid, I was forced to get a cake from the display. Clerk said that's what the manager said and that I just had to do accordingly.Update: On Saturday June 25th the manager called and apologized for how this case was handled. He promised to refund my account. I received a refund that very same day. Thanks for righting this wrong.
Either the store hours displayed are wrong, employees are lazy, or racist. It says the store closes at 9:30 PM and there is a line of people inside along with people enjoying their ice cream on the tables outside, but they turned me and another group away. Please update your store hours or accommodate potential customers accordingly. If there is a line of folks inside the store waiting to be served and the time is before the closing hours listed, I would assume that you can serve a few more people.

The server was great. The ice cream was delicious. However, the price was outrageous. I was surprised that the total was over $10 for a bowl of ice cream.
The staff had trouble understanding the menu (yes a BLTA includes lettuce and tomato). They were out of tea and one of the sodas. But the food was good once we went back in to correct the items.
Great treats served with pleasant smiles and caring hands. Clean facility, lots of great ice cream choices, courteous, professional staff.??
They won't let you danke anything because of covid you can't eat inside.... That's what they told me as 3+ people were eating inside. I just wanted to try a new flavor and was told if I didn't like it, I would have to through it all away and waste money. So very helpful.
The guys working there are awesome. They noticed me having a bad day and gave me a discount and asked what was going on. So nice of them.
Very bad customer service. I ordered a custom cake 2days ahead of time. On the time of pick up, the cake is made really bad appearance. Absolutely unhappy with the product & customer service.
