The food is good; but service wise it's hit or miss. Seems like they have a lot of turnaround and the employees would rather do nothing at all then their job. However, there are a few on the wait staff who are really awesome.
Always great food. Glad to see they made the Elvis a full time item on the menu. Jason our waiter was attentive and great. Got my ice t refills without asking.
The food was tasty, was quick. The staff was competent and nice. The drinks were good. I would return. The bartenders had awesome personalities and made me feel like an old friend.
Good food. Service was slow due to staffing issues. Manager was kind enough to spend 10 minutes chatting with us.... Recommend take out for now....
Reviews left me with the expectation for something great, but I was sorely disappointed! Food had barely any taste to it and is (in my opinion) far too overpriced for the quality. Almost $30 for a regular ground beef burrito with a scoop of beans, chips and guac, and two soft drinks. If you're REALLY craving Mexican food, I'd go elsewhere.
The selection has shrunk dramatically at Chuy's. What we ate was very good, but some was over cooked. All in all, they seemed understaffed (kind of a sign of the times) and food was just alright.
Service was decent and food was average. Probably good enough to try once.
Always good and consistent! Always love the steak fajita.
We had a large order this past week and everything was correct and I requested more salsa. He brought more chips and salsa! Very pleased! We will be returning.
While I do enjoy most of the menu items, the treat for me is always taking the large jug of creamy jalapeño sauce home with me. I devour that sauce on almost anything.
