Had a great experience staff was accommodating, nice atmosphere.
Chuck E. Cheese” Annoying customer service! Most of the staff that work there are very rude. Management needs to work to train their employees. Or really a new manager! We went to try and have a nice family day out with our 2 little girls. My youngest daughter had a very special blanket that she always carried everywhere. But unfortunately I took it that day and we forgot it at the table where we had dinner. Then I saw how late it was and so I called and told them that I had forgotten the blanket there, I told them what table it was on and they went to look for it and they found it right there, because my daughter and we were very happy. They told me that it was the next day that they would keep it in a place to give it to me because they were going to close and they couldn't wait for me! Well, it's understandable, I thanked them and came back the next day. When I arrived, a very rude lady told me that she didn't know anything and that the young man who had had her was not there and that she had two days off and that she had to come back later. Well, wait and I'll be back on the indicated date. They told me again that they couldn't find her that they didn't know anything about her. They rudely didn't even want to give me any explanation. I told them I wanted to speak directly to the manager about her but he wasn't there. I left them my contact information and they would call me if they found it! They didn't return the call either. Then, after about a week, I called again and finally managed to talk to the young man, who told me that he would keep it. He explained to me that he put it in the lost and found cabinet to turn it in the next day, but the blanket was lost, it just didn't show up, the manager didn't even take the time to investigate which of the employees took it. It is an outrage! I will never confidently visit this place again.
It was very cruddy. Kids had a lot's of fun. So many new things added. It is nice to see everything's turning to be normal.
Sterling Chuck E Cheese is amazing just because Ms. Yesy is amazing ! She is very attentive and sweet!
This is the time that I can sit and not worrying about the kids.

Only played game here at this location, my daughter had a blast not much crowded but few machines were out of service
The Pizza is really good, the kids love to play there.
