This chipotle is awful. I love chipotle but stay away from this one!!! We gave this chipotle a try a few times and each time they got something wrong, were insanely slow (as in not helping the customers that were there…..just filling online orders and ignoring customers), or were incredibly rude. This last time, we ordered delivery, and the order was all wrong. We ended up driving there to get the items that were left off, and the manager was so incredibly rude. He told us we should just come in and order instead of using their delivery. Are you kidding me??? Blamed it on “the new girl” and really didn’t care about correcting it. I will not give money to a place that doesn’t care about their customers.
Did not have guacamole, they still charged me on the app. Bad customer service. Ordered double chicken, double rice, double lettuce. Small portions. I am unhappy with this location. They always disappoint me. Please work on training your employees better. I expect to get what I pay for. Any other chipotle location gives me what I pay for. I rarely write bad reviews but this is something this location has to work on.
Cleanliness is something that this place needs to learn about. Some of their staff members don’t even clean the bowl before packing it. My order had sour cream all over it. Few of the staff members are very disrespectful to the customers. I am a regular customer to this place but I think I need to go to another location to get my orders. I give a one star rating this place?
Hi I have just been treated very badly by a young lady in your store that is in Community Plaza Sterling. How can someone like that spoiled work? In the first place, I was in such a bad mood ?that I told her why do you work if you don't have patience and she told me that you who cares then I told her that my plates were different so I had to tell them one by one and she looked at me so ugly and started throwing my plates and putting little food she looked as rushed and angry as they can allow an employee to do that I'm a manager and I know how to serve customers and what's worse I don't even close my bowls completely They all came home moved
Ordered online. Waited 15 minutes, in store, after my pick up time to have them get started on my order. Line of to-go orders waiting to be done but not being serviced. When I asked the guy at the counter if I shouldn't order online anymore, he mutters, "Guess not". I asked again if ordering online is an issue and if it would be wise of me to stop and he repeated his disrespectful nonsense. He had tried to hand me someone else's order even though I told him which name I was picking up there different times. I get him not remembering my name but don't ask for it if you aren't going to use that information to help facilitate my order!
It’s not my first time ordering from chipotle but this branch gives little portion of the meat, I ordered the burrito steak bowl, the lady serving was so reluctant and not given the right portion of steak, she gave me a half scoop of steak, to avoid all that drama I opted for double steak and she still gave a half scoop, I literally paid $4.65 for extra steak and that was all I could get.I think your stuff needs training on the right portion of meat .
I don't know what's going on with this location, but more often than not in the past year, our order has arrived incorrect and I'm not talking about things missing (although that happens with this place quite often as well), I mean items and toppings we never even ordered. Almost like they are not even looking at the orders anymore. Maybe they changed management, who knows, all I know is I will never go to this location again. I advise anyone who's thinking about it, go to a different location where they actually care.
Was there this Saturday evening … . The food was good and the lady gave me a lot of guacamole. staff was a little bit tired but I mean it was Saturday evening I was also tired … all in all good and everybody that complains don’t know how it feels working in a fast food chain
Horrible place!!! The whole staff is rude and unpleasant. Those women who work there need a lesson in being polite. I wanted a carnitas bowl and the witch gave me no meat and named it a veggie bowl!! I Trashed my bowl and was so angry and didn't bother telling the staff because they are nasty to begin with. Also with masks on and heavy accents I can't understand anything they say!!! NEVER COMING HERE AND GIVING EVERYONE I KNOW HORRIBLE REVIEWS OF THIS DUMP
My bowl came with a “nice” hidden gift. As I was chewing, I felt a weird texture in my mouth. I removed the piece from my mouth and it turned out to be a 2x2 piece of plastic. Felt pretty grossed out and could not continue eating. I placed it on the aluminum cover and took a picture. Pretty sure this is a health code violation.
