Sry to sound rude. But this goes for most locations.We all pay good money to get a delicious burrito or a bowl, but it's honestly the worse now. I understand your serving by portions, but the way these workers serve customers with such little amounts of food and having an issue giving more is ridiculous. I know when they're on break, they are serving it up for them because it's free or discounted.I dislike coming in all the time and my bowl is less than what the price is.I always ask for more and they literally just sprinkle the food in the bowl. I'm sure this company makes a lot of money to be able to serve the customers the right amount of food or Atleast asking for a bit more. Nobody wants 8 grains of rice, 6 beans, and 4 pieces of chicken. Fill it up if you're gonna charge us almost $10 for it.

If there’s any Chipotle around, go to that one rather than this location. Quality of food is average but the guacamole there sucks. Their guac is literally huge chucks of avocado that clearly aren’t ready to be used. I provided a pic too. This is probably like the 3rd time they’re guac has been like this. That stuff is literally inedible and the fact that we have to pay extra for that….

I ordered a bowl in person. When I got to the end of the selection the guacamole was almost empty. When she asked another employee where the refill guacamole was she was told they were out of guacamole. This is 6:28pm, dinner hour, in a Chipotle. Really?

Whoever was making the barbacoa on Tuesday night 02/15/2022 can you maybe lay off the oil. I ordered Chipotle to go. I live 7 minutes away from this location. By the time I got home the grease from the barbacoa melted my bowl and damn near through the bag.

Unprofessional experience. This chipotle location always forgets something in my delivery orders. I am not the type to write reviews- I usually just let things go, but this time was absolutely horrible. The manager hung up on me and I had to call back. Then, they told me to come back to the location to retrieve my missing items (yes multiple items). I am a manager at Chick-Fil-A and I would never treat my guests like this. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I ordered a bowl of chicken and add extra guacamole. I saw the lady that gave me food put a full cup of guacamole for online order. She gave me so tiny of one spoon. I asked for more and told her that I saw her put a full cup for online order and she did not said anything and did not give me more. This is not right because if I pay extra I should get the decent amount of food and this place need to have the measurement for it. It is not cheap $2.55 for tiny spoon. I am really disappointed and not return to this store.

Recently, the Quality has gone down. Used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant. Not so much .

We will stop ordering from here from now on. Not once, not twice, but consistently now get our order wrong every time. Shame on us for trying over and over, but we won't take our business there moving forward. Not sure why they can't do the order as described but I'm truly disappointed.

The food is always delicious and an amazing costumer service, especially the cashier Ismael he rock!!

The only thing right about my order was the fact it had steak in a burrito, everything else was wrong. I thought online orders with written instructions of what to put in the burrito would make it easy. Guess they don't read to good or don't care at all.
