Great service and clean restaurant,First of all for some reason my GPS couldn't find this Chili's even though I was like across the street. However the food was really good our server she was really experienced and paid attention to the details and knew how to read the table. Great good and highly recommend the Steak 10oz and Pasta
Would give zero stars if could. The first time we visited, dine-in was closed, but we decided to give it another try today. Absolutely horrible customer service. My husband and I, after being directed to our table, noticed that the stroller for our 6-month old twins would probably be in the way for servers. We tried to get the hostess' attention, but she proceeded to continue speaking with a server while looking at us. When she eventually came over, we told her our concern. She seemed to linger confusingly for a minute and then told us she would check on it. Again, we waited for an inordinate amount of time. One server came out and what do you know...she had to get by. She wouldn't even wait for me to move the stroller. Simultaneously, we see the hostess return to the front to help incoming customers, not once returning to assist us. Again, our concern was being in their way. My husband found another restaurant and we are happily dining there now. Will not return.
We requested a table for two and were told that there was a twenty minute wait despite the fact that the majority of the tables were empty. The hostess stated that they were short staffed in the kitchen, hence the wait. We inquired if we could sit down at a table and were informed that that was not possible due to the “wait.” It was raining heavily and we simply wanted to sit, have dinner, and wait out the storm. To add insult to injury, the hostess ignored us multiple times before we requested a table. I will be contacting Chili’s corporate. We could have easily have been served a drink while waiting for the food. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
The food is consistently good, and even they are short staffed they try to provide a speedy good service.I hope they keep to the good work and don't close doors as other Chilli's around the nation
I actually don't like leaving bad reviews, but in this case this place just deserves it. I couldn't get the baby back rib jingle out of my head and so dragged a friend there to eat. The ribs were barely edible, incredibly fatty, sour tasting and rubbery. The queso dip with beef seemed more like bean dip and neither of us feel particularly good afterwards. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere.
The best Mexican cuisine in town. Love it every time we go in whatever location it may be, the food is yummy be it the warm tacos or quesadillas or fajitas or southwest chili soups also not to miss their cocktails. Wait time is bit longer on busy hours.
The food was good but the service was absolutely terrible. Our waiter NEVER came to check on us. We literally had to go into the kitchen to get him to bring us water and then again to get the check.
First time at this Chili's. My husband and I do alot of traveling for his work. Had a wait for someone to come up to the front to sit us, but still fast. Lady who sat us friendly and so was our server. Food was good. Only complaint, our server never came back to the table to offer refills. Both of us had our empty glasses towards the end of the table. Our server only came back cause we asked another server how to work the gift cards we had and only our server could process them.
I can't judge on the food or service because we were turned away at 7pm.
I went there as a meeting place with a friend. We arrived shortly after they opened, I had never been there before. The food was good, the waitress was very attentive, and the Frozen Margaritas were to die for. My date encouraged me to try hers, I was drinking Tito's punch. I drained the Tito's,and ordered the margarita. I believe we had four between the two of us. Highly recommended.
