I just went to this Chick-fil-A and have frequented often but this is the last time I will be going to this location. I spoke with the manager Jamie regarding a free Brownie sign that was posted in the drive-through. they mentioned several times that the sign had expired and that if I wanted the brownie I would have to pay. I felt however that since the sign was still up that it’s the least they could do would give me a free brownie. Anyway, after going back-and-forth with her I explain that this is not the Customer Service I’m used to experiencing at Chick-fil-A and she slammed the window shut. You would think for a Chick-fil-A manager they would be better trained to handle situations like this. I’ve been coming to Chick-fil-A for a very long time and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had hands down. I posted the picture of the sign that was still up and as I was leaving they took it down. Anyway, I never leave bad reviews and I’m a positive guy but I feel something needs to be done so this type of thing doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Attitudes from the staff are unnecessary. Fix your broken order machines and Iines.Update- walk up order takers do not have menus for guests. I do not memorize the menu at fast food restaurants. Seriously?
Chicken nuggets waffle fries, grilled chicken sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, salads, Greek yogurt parfait, ice cream, brownies, coffee, frosted lemonade.
Pretty quick curbside. Food came out very hot!
Even though there was a long line, there were people to assist in the process which made it easily bearable. Chick Fil A is above and beyond when it comes to service. Always a good quality level on the food as well.
Good employees. Chicken can be found everywhere.
The people working here are so nice and professional and know how to treat people well. I recommend this Chick Filet any day

I’ve already contemplated quitting Chick-fil-A multiple times before for different reasons, but have always given them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered an egg biscuit for breakfast and the egg was so runny, it was as if they didn’t bother to cook it for maybe more than a second before wrapping it up. The staff here needs some work too. Orders get messed up all of the time. I’m giving two stars because it’s not a daily occurrence but it happens practically every other time I go to this location.
This is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. They have 2 drive thru lanes, if you get there earlier enough, you actually place your order at the speaker instead of a person. They have a speaker for each lane. The person taking orders at my speaker could not take the most simple order in an orderly fashion. The lane next to mine let 3 cars go through before even taking my order. All I wanted was a chicken sandwich, large fry, and a large water with light ice. I had to repeat my order 3 times, allowing 2 more people, who had gotten there after me (5 people who had arrived to the store after me in total) to proceed before me. I get to the window, and my order isn't even correct. So I have to repeat my order for a 4th time.After I leave the drive thru, I see an employee, in work attire, hocking loogies in the parking lot. Absolutely disgusting.Do not come here, it was the worst experience I have ever had.
