Absolutely wonderful experience today at lunch. The cashier accidentally rang us up for the wrong soup and after ordering I went back to the cashier to see if I could swap out soups and get refunded the difference. The cashier without thinking twice refunded the full amount for the soup and gave us the correct item. God bless you guys! My fiance and I were very blessed by this generosity! God is good!
This is the best place get some chicken. Nuggets or a sandwich is good. So are the fries. Try the frosted lemonade, I am sure you will love it.
This location is consistently subpar. They can’t handle a rush. They constantly mess up orders. We stopped going for several months, tried it out again in a pinch and it’s still horrible. The fries are always underdone and soggy, even when busy. They mess up sides and customizations. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.
Its one chain where they can take pride in their service. It seems like everyone is trained to be extra nice but if I go to other fastfood its completely different
Only good location in the Herndon Reston Sterling area. They always get the order good and that is saying something compared to the others around. Worth going 30 min out of the way… maybe
