Service continues to be atrocious. We consistently have ask for a refund or go back to the store after getting a drive through order. It is almost an expectation that we will have missing items in whatever we order. Once is understood. When it happens consistently over multiple months, it is a systemic issue of the store. Be warned and check your bags after you receive them. It's insulting to know of this and take no steps to resolve it.
First time ever my order was wrong!!! The guy in line repeated It to me and still put it in wrong. I was missing a chicken sandwich. Also I expected chicken minis and was charged for chicken nuggets. I got to the window and was told we don't have chicken minis right now. I was very frustrated and told the manager who just gave me an excuse for the wrong order. She sided with the employee who clearly was wrong. Instead of apologizing and letting me know she would give extra training she bruised me off and excused the incident.
They serve one of the most delicious burgers and potato waffles but be careful while opting for drive through. They usually get either the order or miss some item while pickup. Do check your order before leaving.
Staff was friendly and food was quick. It was good seeing the manager out cleaning up in the restaurant
This chick-fil-A restaurant is my favorite. Everyone is nice and I know this is going to sound probably weird but the cookies are always warm not hard as a rock. So hopefully someone finds that useful to know. ?

Worst drive thru ever!! Extremely slow. Chick fil a drive thru is definitely not for people who are busy. Long way to go to meet the McDonalds standards
My husband and I eat here almost every other weekend. The manager here is very friendly and the staff he has working there is also friendly.We have never had an issues with this place.My husband and I were recently here for lunch. The manager understood I was recovering from a surgery I had two weeks ago and I was not allowed to eat solid foods. My husband ordered something and the manager let me drink my boost drink I had brought with me.
