Went with a bunch of friends and food and service was fast and fresh. Its a shame you cannot tip so we left this review to Show how much we appreciated the overall experience.
Went to cava for the first time and was very patiently walked through the menu by Michael who was super nice and friendly. Positive attitude. Food tasted fresh and well seasoned, great selection of drinks. Store was clean and in good repair.
The food was incredible. Delicious and lots of options. Staff was kind and walked me through everything. I have found my new favorite spot. Not too many casual places have lamb and sweet potatoes as an option. Will be coming back tomorrow. I can not wait. I am already salivating over it.
I love cava! Such a great place to grab a bite with friends or family, great environment and food. Definitely recommend getting one of their refreshing summer drinks (strawberry citrus is ?)
Ordered my food everything was good. Then when I got to the part where I ask for my sauces, women who is working Tuesday at 12pm-around 2pm was so RUDE! She squirted the sauce in my bowl and said I didn’t want it on it. She said “that’s how we do it” 3 times I had to tell her I’m the customer…. And she proceeded to say same thing and then told me to argue with her when I was simply saying I need it on the side basically refusing to give me a new bowl because of her mistake… I felt upset and didn’t even want to get my lunch here. I been coming to this location for 2 years now not once has this happen to me .
My wife and I agree that CAVA is fresh, generous, and a very healthy alternative to burgers and fries. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. It's a pretty popular place so at certain times of the day you may have to be a little patient, but it's always worth the wait.
I love Cava but wouldn’t come back to this location. The portion sizes are significantly less than at other locations I have been to in BOSTON and in Washington DC. I had mentioned to the staff I wanted the Harissa Avocado Bowls. The young lady helping me was confused when I told her I wanted it exactly as listed. She kept asking what I wanted in it even though she had the sky blue slip with the ingredients on it. The serving of rice for both bowls was not the full spoon, although I got charged for an extra scoop of rice. The bowls were put together haphazardly and in a very rushing process although there was no line behind me. Very disappointed in my experience at this location.
Wow! Just Wow! I am kicking myself for never coming here. Today was my first day. I thought it was just a salad place but it is so much more than that. The amount of basmati rice, meat, and veggies they load on this bowl is incredibly generous. I had to save half of it for later. Really Tasty food and was surprise to see such premium items, such as Feta and Lamb. The people here are a bit pushy but once they realized that I am not familiar with this place they slowed down and walked me through everything. The staff is good. There is so much to choose from it is overwhelming, I'm used to places like Subway and Chipotle were there are only a few items to pick from. Bowls are $10 plus tax, I don't know how they afford it. I am afraid that I came too late to the Cava Game. Private places like these don't last for very long. They grow too fast for being generous and cheap. They may end up going down like how Buvette and Movie Pass did. Enjoy Cava while it lasts.
I usually come in here between 8pm-9pm on weekend nights, and every time I do, the majority of the staff is cleaning and preparing to close when there is one staff member providing service. If I’m correct they close at 10pm not 9… Also, they always seem to be out of a green mix or some toppings. Do they really run out by the end of each night or are they not refilling just because they are closing within 2 hours?And lastly, every time I come in I like to scan my rewards member barcode, and I swear more times than not the scan does not go through and I do not notice it till I’m home and it’s too late. The staff do not take note nor care that I’m trying to add points.Please address this with the night staff.
The food at CAVA is yummy and so healthy when compared to typical fast food. This CAVA is clean and welcoming, and it's pretty popular all day long but especially at lunchtime so be prepared to wait a little if you're there for lunch. There are a lot of good selections from which to choose to make your bowl so you can try a different combination each time. The staff and service are friendly too. Besides myself, I see a lot of "regulars" who have made CAVA their go-to place for lunch or dinner, so I guess I'm not the only one who likes this place a lot.
