Rude staff, uncooked pizza, bad experience!We ordered vegetarian pizza. The pizza base was not at all cooked. It was so thin from center that if you lift the slice , the cheese would just drop. My husband went to tell the staff the same. They first made him go to the counter at the side so that other people can't hear us. Then at the counter the lady said what's wrong with it, why you telling me, I didn't cook it. We showed her the drooling pizza. Asked her to call the chef as well. But she just ignored and reverted saying that we ate it. We said we are not asking for refund. But just giving a feedback on how badly it was baked. And that we don't believe in trashing the food. At the end we told her, leave everything but just see your attitude. When we turned to leave from there, even the security person standing near the counter told us that he agrees with us and that it wasn't cooked properly.
What can you expect from an airport Cafe? Before security so there are not much options. Staff however were very good and accommodating for a long wait.
My son and I stopped in for lunch while waiting on our appointment for Global Entry appointments. I was surprised to find that the food as wonderful In my experience, airport food isn't very good, but this place was much more than I expected. There services was great as well.
It is a great place to sit down and have a cup of coffee while waiting on passengers. Friendly service.
Located at Baggage Claim 15. Theme is like a sports bar. They have international airline status screens inside the bar so you won't miss anything if you are waiting for someone to arrive. Expect to pay around $20 for typical meals or snacks. They can seat around 50 people and only had 2 clients on Tuesday evening.You can also go to Starbucks, located nearby although the wait there seemed more than this place.
Kinda expensive for a drinks and super slow service even though there was like 6 customers
I went during low traffic hours around 3 pm. No crowd. Out door seating was available. All staff wore masks. My order arrived quickly. Would recommend for a quick bite or snack.
We didn't really visit here but we were waiting at arrivals #15 and it was quite a nice looking little café <3
Not open 24 hrs like advertised
Came to down to visit relatives. Fiancée and I wanted to kill some time so we ended up watching a movie here. Its probably the nicest movie theater I've seen. Its so clean and well organized.
