We go here (Sterling) a lot since it started. The place is nice and the server are okay but I noticed that the taste of food had change. It wasn't as good as before and the presentation had change too. Also I think they are experimenting with the menu but hopefully they can come up with much good food taste. A lot of new restaurants are being build around and I hope after speaking to the General Manager that he will work on improving it. Wish them all the best and would be happy to see them keep the business.

We arrived on a Monday about 5PM. It was not crowded at all. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. Vibrant and inviting. Our 19-year-old server was very eager but not up to par. He knew nothing about the wine or food which he readily admitted. We ordered a bottle of wine which was retrieved fairly quickly. He had a terrible time opening the bottle of wine to the point of being awkward. We avoided making eye contact and fiddled around with the silverware. My husband was “this close” to just grabbing the corkscrew and doing it himself. He finally managed to get it done and took our food order. Then he disappeared. Someone else delivered our food. After we were done eating, he came by to see if we needed anything. We had placed the dirty dishes right on the edge of the table, but he didn’t pick any of them up. Okay, I get that finding decent help is a struggle these days. What about actually training these people before throwing them into the fire? The service left a very bad impression. Onto other things. The wine list has many choices, and the prices are $36 and up. We had the Rodney Strong Chalk Hill for $44 which is a bit high IMO. For entrees, my spouse ordered the chicken risotto, and I ordered the Caesar salad with 5 grilled shrimp. The chicken risotto was so-so. The chicken was a bit dry and a little grisly - like a chicken tender with that weird tough piece. The risotto was cooked fine but had an overwhelming chicken broth taste. The Caesar salad was typical although over dressed for my tastes (in their defense, you could get the dressing on the side). The shrimp was large but overcooked, so it was rubbery. After requesting our check, we waited and waited. At least 10 minutes or more passed before finally getting the tab. Sigh. Hopefully, they are able to work out the wrinkles. With so much competition in the area, they better.

We've been here 5 times before and it's been routinely good. Last night's experience not so much. Steak that was ordered medium rare came to the table well done. And it was steak frite so it was sliced....and thus one wonders how the cook missed the mark by such a wide margin. The meal was re-made but the wait....although not terrible....kinda put a damper on the dinner. A side note.....the chimichurri placed on top of the meat overpowered the steak flavor completely.Otherwise we liked the service and the ambiance. See the before and after pics.

Burtons used to be my favorite neighborhood place to go. But unfortunately today’s dinner disappointed. When I called to make a reservation, a hostess asked if we are celebrating anything, I said yes and told her our special occasion and the waiter never mentioned a word if it at all during. When we arrived for our reservation, we were asked if we prefer inside or outside, we said outside, after about 10 min wait hostess walked us to the outside area only to realize all tables were dirty and just left us there. After awkwardly standing there for about 5 min and being asked by 2 different waiters, pretty much what are we doing there and that check in is inside, we went back to the hostess and said we want the table inside. Food was ok, service was slow but the water was super pleasant and really tried. During our dinner my 10 year old daughter accidentally knocked my wine glass over. Manager came over, cleaned the floor But never asked me what I was drinking and never offered another glass. 5 min later, probably assistant manager (lady) came over offering to clear up our table, I mentioned to her what happened to my wine and asked for another glass and asked to wrap my daughters food to go. She looked stuttered but said ok (I didn’t ask for it for free, just said my daughter knocked my glass of wine, can I have another one) and guess what 10 min later no wine and waiter comes with the final check with no mention of the situation at all AND stacked all dishes together, on top of the left over steak we asked to Go. So, super disappointing. And during both interaction with management, neither one asked us if we enjoyed our dinner. So $250 later we wish we went to a different restaurant. And waiter never asked me if we were a part of Burton’s Loyalty program, I had to ask to enter my phone number. Burton used to be Big on that. I really phone that management is reading all these reviews and will address

I can only speak for the 14 oz Ribeye on the menu. Excellent‼️Ordered medium rare with extra bone marrow butter and hold the sides. Served exactly as ordered. Tasty, tasty, tasty‼️Wonderful ambiance. Exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Great food for anyone, but especially if you have any food allergies. Staff is always super friendly and provide great service.

Delightful food and atmosphere!

Great food, pleasant bartenders!

We enjoyed appetizers, and drinks with our dinner. The food was hot when it hit the table and very well prepared, appetizers were delicious and the entrees were very yummy. Service was excellent from the manager who assisted to our server. Definitely a bit higher end, but also definitely a place we'll go again!
