Placed an order for some mild lemon pepper flakes with fries and was not disappointed. Flavoring was very good and the size of the wings were a good size as well. Also had a side of ranch dressing and it had a nice kick to it.

Haven't been to a buffalo wing factory in years. I remember the all you can eat slowly went up in prices but now it's 40 bucks? That's not even a deal, they shouldn't even have that on the menu. You are honestly better having making wings at home or just buy wings individually to save money vs doing the all you can eat.

The atmosphere is ok if you are going with a group. The wings are great and good variety. There are things to know about the Flatliner challenge. From the server, you only have 10 minutes to down 10 wings. It is 15 dollars to enter and it will be refunded if you complete the challenge. You do get your name on the wall of flame is your complete the challenge. If you like challenges, might be worth it. I just wish they have a Tshirt upon completing the challenge. But check it out

Good food, good beer. Good selection of both without being ostentatious. Wait staff was attentive and pleasant. Took care of us and made sure the beer and food kept coming...I will be going back. Thanks BWF!

Stopped here with my family after my son and husband talked it up. Legit awesome wings. Which is saying sonething as my son loves wings and we go to alot of wing joints. The wings are big and full of meat not super small and overfried. We had spicy crab, spicy honey bbq, and bulgogi and a buffalo dip appetizer. Everything was delicious. The spicy crab wings were the best old bay wings Ive ever had. The wait staff was friendly. Appreciated the waiter letting us sample two sauces and we will be ordering the carribean next time we are in the area. This place is way better than the chain wing restaurants.

I haven't been here in probably 7 months but I used to come here for their dry rub wings. They have 4-5 different flavors.Tonight their menu looked newer and updated, but noticed it only had one dry rub listed. When we asked our server about them, and she said they were discontinued, we were SO disappointed we actually thought about going to a different place. The server was very kind/patient and went and got the manager who explained they actually had all the rubs but they were listed as sauces on the new menu. We ended up getting the rubs minus the garlic butter sauce (highly recommend this), and all the wings were fantastic! We got them crispy and ordered some mild flavored as well as teriyaki and both of those were great too.The Moscow mule was tasty and made well.I didn't get the managers name but he was very helpful and I'm glad he came to the table to help us out.I only gave 4 stars though because the new menu is confusing re their rub flavors. Other than that, great food and service!

Stumbled upon this place while exploring the area; so glad we did! The ambiance was very homey, the food is fresh and fulfilling, and that staff were very patient and timely with in serving our food. Thank you!

I am a long term costumer and visiting/ordering for last couple of years , last night around 7 pm I ordered some wings and nachos/fries , I asked the lady over the phone if wings are coming with ranch and celery, veggies and she said yes, unfortunately when I got the order there was no ranch or celery at all, wings were cold and wrong stickers on box regarding mild or hot wings . It’s a bit disappointing after being long term client and being great wings restaurant . I hope they can pay attention next time if I decide to come back . I also called last night to let them know , amount was around $60 .

Let me start by saying I am a regular who has been ordering from Buffalo Wing Factory for many years. This place used to be fantastic. It always served CONSISTENTLY fresh, high-quality food, but recently they have either 1) changed cooks or 2) don't care about the quality of their food.Over the past few months, specifically the beginning of Fall-Current Time (November 5, 2021), the food is always sub-par. I almost always order a steak and cheese sub, cheese burger, or a pizza, and usually they are perfectly cooked with nicely toasted buns, and perfectly cooked french fries, but not anymore. Every single time I've ordered during the Fall-Winter period, the food has been served to me (carry-out orders) over cooked, dry, or BURNT. I love my local restaurants and do my best to support their businesses, so I overlook minor issues every now and then, but for the past 5 orders, this place has failed me, and I don't think I will be dining here as often anymore. I used to choose this restaurant because I knew that I could expect consistently high quality, premium craft burgers and subs, but I'm not so sure anymore. If I wanted sub-par over cooked, dry food, I would've gone to McDonalds and ordered off the dollar menu, instead of paying $15 for a burger and/or sub at Buffalo Wing Factory.Advice to management: I'm not sure if you recently changed your cook in the past few months of this post, but I strongly recommend you look into the issue. I've never had any problems with this establishment before and I raved about this place to my friends, co-workers, and family, but not anymore. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have a chat with your cook and overlook his work, but I would REALLY prefer to continue dining at this once fine establishment. Once again, I've noticed the decline in quality during the time period of September 2021 - November 2021.

Smash burger good. Crinkle fries really good! Our waitress was excellent. We will be back.
