Terrible service and not really good food! Waitress so rude and disrespectful!!! If you leave, for some reason ( for example you not really like service) les then 15% tip, waiter will catch you and yelling at you because you left not enough money for them!!!! First time in my life I had situation like this!!!! Worst experience ever!!!
Slow getting my food out to me. Pricey for what you get even considering the fact it is at an airport. The food was good and did come out hot. Very different nachos then I have ever had. I would order them again.
Beer selection is OK but staff not great. Was one of only two people in the bar and they were showing soccer on one of the many TVs so I decided to stop for a drink, but then they changed it to 'National tag championships' and refused to change back after I asked because "showing it was a mistake" and "the customers don't like soccer" - I get that it's not everyone's favorite sport but there are so many screens and the bar was empty. Weird and bad customer service. Plus pretty expensive
Horrible experience. The servers pretty much ignored the table as soon as I said I was having drinks only. Had to get my own water from the bar. The server charged me for the largest beer ($9.50) on tab without asking. Brought the check without a pen after I chased her down after sanding around my table waiving for 5 min (a hint that she didn’t think I was gonna tip after this experience? Who knows). Save your money.
Our FREEelectrons.Family review: Well, as most things at the airport, it's not cheap here and there's really nothing special. But, it is still good to have, in case you really want a beer or two before you get on the plane. Staff is professional with limited seating arrangement at the bar. $10.34 for a pint of beer (Sam Adams), tax included. Check out photo of receipt for prices. At first I was hesitant when they sat me with two different menus, but the manager Sacha explained that one was an old menu they used for drinks only and one was their “post pandemic” menu. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and fries which came out quick and was perfectly cooked. They were having a busy day but my server Yuda was attentive and sweet! She made my whole day. The drinks at the bar are pretty pricy but the bartender garnished it perfectly and made sure I only had one ice cube as I requested. What made me leave five stars was how positive the atmosphere was. I was right near the food window and overheard conversations that made me smile and laugh. It was a very pleasant experience. The manager and staff communicated effectively and each person was encouraging the other. I will definitely stop by for a sandwich on my way back.
The menu is incorrect, their beer selection is not what their menu implies. Also they give you a large menu, be aware that nothing but the mixed drinks on that menu are relevant. None of the food options on the menu are available. None of that is explained. Also, I stood up to leave the restaurant and my mask fell. They had picked it up and thrown it in the trash before I had gotten more than 20 ft away.
Expensive. Bad food. Bad and VERY slow service. Lucky I had a long time between flights. Waited more than 30 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich and a cup of tomato soup. Both were cold when they got to me.I would have been better off at Wendy's.
It was a rookie mistake of me to think that I would be served at an airport at a decent amount of time but this place takes the cake for being the slowest service in the Washington DC area. I left after 26 minutes because nobody came to take my order. Please do better.
I was very disappointed with the service I received here …. Or lack thereof. After traveling over 20 hours internationally my family and I had a connection through IAD and were craving high quality food. I arrived at the desk to place a pick up order but was contemplating what to get. Sarah was very nice and accommodating to the woman in front of me even offering more convenient options for purchase and giving her a cup of ice and patiently assisting her. Another server, Roberto came over, supposedly to alleviate traffic and asked “Can I help anyone”I was next in line but it became clear that Roberto had no interest or intention to assist me. I tried to ask two simple questions (the second was to place an order) but Roberto was INSISTENT on helping everyone but me. admittedly after traveling 20 hours with two kids, my appearance was probably not as “business casual” as guests in line after me but his blatantly dismissive attitude was the biggest red flag for me. Hopefully the food is better than the service. If not, I would highly advise weary travelers to stay away. Or ask for Sarah at the very least.
