Food was terrible. I love bonchon, however it was my first time trying this particular location and it doesn’t compare to the others. Definitely not trying again
The 10pc Wings spicy was absolutely delicious. My wife loved the soy garlic chicken strips.
The food is fantastic, Choices for spice, I prefer the non spicy. Chicken is crispy and delicious, sides are also good.
Not as good as I expected and very expensive for what you get. Also the store is very dirty and disorganized and in poor shape in general.On top of it being expensive they charged my card 3 tomes for the same meal and didn't know how to credit me for the extra charges so I had to file a dispute with my card company.So disappointed because friends recommended the chain, I will give the chain another chance in a different location.
Call and ordered ahead since I live 1 hour away, and had relatives coming through otw back home , and got chicken strips. They got home and didn’t even get strips. Got tiny popcorn chicken….. very disappointed.
Bad customer service. I made it clear that I wanted the spicy Mayo sauce with my order . I get my order and there’s no sauce. I called to let them know of the mistake . And the guy on the phone kept laughing saying it’s not his mistake. That’s how you handle customers ? Poor customer serviceStop lying ! Your response is WRONG as a company you should have that on your website . Ans also give the option to PAY FOR THE SAUCE or simply call the customer when you notice a note asking for the sauce ! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
The food was not good. I love bonchon in Maryland but not this one.. I asked for shrimp fried rice, don’t know what they gave me. It was awful. Asked for Korean taco’s they were worse than the rice. I’m so mad because I wasted a lot of money.

I just heard the cook spit in my food because I mentioned the food was pretty expensive. I reverse the sale and I left please do not go to that BonChon at Sterling near the regal theater. Your food will be back with your spit with any complaints.
