I have a regular meal here and I tend to stray consistent with it so I definitely know when it's poorly made.The biscuits were great. Fluffy and buttery, and I was pleased with my entree.However what should've been the star of my meal & my favorite, was the BoBerry's... Unfortunately they were lacking in every sense of the matter. The were very clearly placed in a warmer, they were hard and the the texture inconsistent. Obviously the maker over worked the dough.Your customers can tell the difference between a fresh made biscuit and one that's been sitting far too long people ??♀️I would've waited for fresh too ??♀️
You can get a spicy chicken biscuit sandwich anytime of the day even though it's mainly a breakfast item it's really yummy and you can enjoy the buttery biscuit with the spicy chicken cutlet. The Bojangles customer service is always remarkable and this location is no exception The customer service here goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need to make your Bojangles visit successful Thank you so much for helping me with my order Bojangles is delicious yum yum
Ordered a 3 piece tender combo with fries, ranch sauce, and a Diet Pepsi. Didn’t receive a Diet Pepsi or ranch sauce. Chicken was good but portion size wise was very small compared to Popeyes. Family size dirty rice was also slightly wet. Will go to Popeyes from now on
We had a great experience coming here as a family. We ate inside, the restaurant was clean , and we found that there were a lot of good items on the menu for great prices. They even serve breakfast all day. We will be back for sure! Also, the manager Shane was very welcoming and made recommendations!
Had Steak, Egg and Cheese biscuits and BoRounds. Though I had wait 3-4 minutes for the BoRounds to cook, they were worth the wait. This is my goto breakfast but great any time of the day. Also, the staff was kind and personable.

The dining room and inside takeout were closed when we visited, but that was ok. We were able to get our food quickly. It was hot and delicious. And the staff was fun and personable.Also loved the box the family meal came in. It was amazing.
I would give this Bojangles a sold 4 star rating, as no fast food joint is perfect but the customer service at this one is top tier! Today they gave my puppy a bone-shaped biscuit with our breakfast for free…and they’re bacon, egg and cheese biscuits are Bo-Bangin!! ??
This was the worst Bojangles I have been to. I love Bojangles so much, so I made the drive to come to Sterling. They were rude from the very beginning over the speaker. Cutting us off while we ordered and having an attitude for no reason. They then had to bring it out to our car after waiting, which was fine except they were still rude with an attitude. They forgot our sauce, so we had to ask for more. They responded with attitude again, of course, but we did get our sauce. I don’t understand why the attitude was given when it literally comes with the food and we were very kind about it. My bf told them to have a great night and they just looked at him. Not to mention we waited so long for the food just for them to not season anything, after ordering with extra seasoning, and our biscuits were only done on the outside. They were literal dough in the middle. It doesn’t take a lot to be kind to others. I’ve read a lot of good reviews about the staff here, so maybe it’s just night shift, but that was so unnecessary.
