Ignored is for 10 minutes. 5 people behind the counter. We left.

I was craving some ice cream, And I went to this place to get a banana split. I have visited this place many times, and this time I had the worst customer service. I asked for a banana split; they said; they didn't have the containers for it; so I asked them to make it in a regular cup. I have asked for this before and they made it for me. But this time the person told me they weren't allow to do that; i was paying full price.

They have very limited flavors and offer no samples for those limited flavors. They have a dunkin inside and there’s hardly 1 or 2 people as staff to serve BR customers.

Every time I come here for the flavor of the month, they never have it.

A great place to simply enjoy delicious ice cream with your family.

The website says you close at 10:00 PM. I arrive at 9:11 PM ready for some ice cream and the doors are locked! Are you kidding me? Please get your times together with your website!

They never greet you and their ice cream is ALWAYS melted ...

After today I will never enter into this store again. The workers are very unprofessional and a bunch of liars. I made an order for a Valentines Day cake online for which I paid for, however when my husband went to pick it up he was told that it was given to someone else. Then they had the nerve to tell him to choose another cake from their freezer. When I called to ask to speak to a manager I was told there was no manager but funny how when I went to the store myself to get a refund I was able to talk to a so called assistant manager. No sorry or any kind of consideration for failing to deliver. Never again! I will take my money to somewhere else.

I been hoing here for the last 4 years and every time i go its fresh

Very disappointed. Young woman dishing out ice cream would not keep her mask over her nose. Asked her 3 times to pull up before she would cover her nose. Reported to 2 young men working there who said their manager had stressed it was important to wear mask at all times, but they would say nothing to her. They were properly masked. She had her head in the refrigeration area where ice cream kept and her nose was fully exposed. She said she could not keep it up. Most of her mask was around her neck. One of the young men said they would dish up our ice cream. We refused. She had breathed all over what was there. We told them we were reporting the store to the corporate office and the county. We left.
