I don't know who needs to hear this... actually the owner needs to hear this. After 9pm the customer service is absolutely terrible no manners and they know their line is long. There the only ones that stay open that late other than McDonald's. If you don't like your job then quit they are beyond rude and it makes no sense. Like if my adittude was that bad I wouldn't stay at work especially when I work in customer service. The one good thing I'd say was the food was hot but after the employees put a bad taste in your mouth it's like do I trust to even eat this with that energy?
Food is good...its Wendy's. This particular location has some serious issues regarding its operation. The drive through lane is completely inefficient, can be 20+min wait times. I had 4 times that this happened. Then going in is also very disorganized. Placed an order on line and after the 25min time for pickup, I still had a 10min wait in the store. They work hard and the burgers and fries are good but it's just not worth the frustration.
Slow, and the prices have gotten CRAZY. I got a chicken sandwich combo meal, medium sized, and a small cup of chili for my friend. It was almost 15.00. Fries were cold, sandwich was OK, and the drink was missing the syrup flavor. Tasted like dark, seltzer water. No one checks these things? No way was the meal worth the money, and time I spent in line.
The staff was friendly, got our order correct and were fast! The restrooms were clean and smelled fresh. This location has recently been remodeled.
You'd think being remodeled and having another Grand Opening they would finally get their act together. Messed on order in drive-thru, went inside with receipt to get correct food. Was ignored for 5 minutes by employees(staring at me but not coming to counter)until I finally had to say something. Then got mad cause I wanted the correct food and STILL messed it up.
I went to the drive through of Wendy’s. Due to Dietary restrictions for my wife. The male who alleged he was a manager said he didn’t do the order the way it was taken. I asked for a fresh made to order food. I asked to speak with African American Manager she said she could give me chicken. I said I didn’t want chicken. She said she turn off the grill at 12:00 am but the store doesn’t close until 1:00 am can the owner of the store please explain why this manager continues to do this. I call back to the store and the male who alleged he was a manager rudely hung up in my face when I requested the store owner to call me in the am he refused and hung up. He was a black male about 200-300 pounds with tattoo on his neck Apparently he doesn’t care. Please call me owner of the store. Your food during these times aren’t fresh
Okay, I have lived in Stafford for nine years. It didn’t take long to figure out that it was faster to drive to Fburg to get Wendy’s takeout and come home with it that it was to go through their drivethru on 610. Locals will tell you 2-3 cars in front of you mandated a 20-30 minute wait. I have been cautiously optimistic about the reopening after the remodel. Drivethru time is now at a minute or two per car. Completely reasonable. More importantly, tonight my wife ordered me a double classic no cheese and no mayo and sure enough, that is what I got! I officially declare Wendy’s in Stafford a great place to get food. The old Wendy’s is dead, it has been reborn!
This Wendy's closed for a while to remodel. A few months ago, they had a grand opening and the first 100 customers were given a card that is good for one year to get a free entree for a specific sandwich with purchase. The managers/owners are not honoring what is actually written on this card because they require you to redeem it on Mondays only. That is not what the card States. In addition, most of their staff is new and although I know they are trying really hard, the drive-thru is extremely slow and the lobby hours have been shortened due to covid. For those individuals that received the card during the grand opening, they typically show up throughout the day on Monday and traffic backs up onto route 610. If the owners / managers were smart, they would allow those 100 customers that stood outside for hours for their grand opening to redeem that card any day of the week as it states. If they did this, they would actually make more money instead of people pulling out of the drive-thru because it's so backed up. If you want to avoid sitting in line I'm getting frustrated, don't show up on a Monday for the next year unless of course you are one of the 100 trying to redeem that card. Hey managers, you really need to do a better job getting people in and out in a timely manner given that this is called a fast food restaurant.
Worst experience ever today. They had 7 people working and still couldn’t manage to have someone at the register taking orders. After waiting probably 10 min for a worker to take orders, we sat and waited as they tried to put orders together. The associate who was supposed to be bagging orders sat there staring into space until told what to do. Still waiting for our food it’s been over 20 min. Mind you there were 2 people in front of us but with 7 people here it shouldn’t take this long. I worked in a much faster paced position in food service with 2/3 people and we worked so much faster to provide good customer service. This place has just gone way down hill and the associates have absolutely no idea what they are doing and lack customer service skills.
The beef in my burger was bone dry and cold. No juices at all. Kind of like biting into soy. Threw it away after a few bites, thats how bad.Didn’t add any of the toppings I requested either. Poor quality control here and I will not return. Wendys needs to pay their people enough to care.
