This places has gone down hill bad. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Many times I get hung up on, they don't answer, get the order wrong or just sloppy. I've been ordering from them for over 4 years and usually had no problems except for recently. Their website says they close at 11, I called at 9:41 and guys answers and just says "hello" I state that I would like to put in an order for pick up, he said they're closed, I said what time did you close? He said 10, at this point it's 9:42, and I told him that. He then changes it to they aren't putting in anymore orders, I asked him what time they stopped taking orders so I know for future and he said 9:40 so literally 2 mins ago I mention that their website says 11 and even would let me place an order. He was being very rude, and really did not care at all. I asked to speak to the manager he said okay and puts me on hold and then hangs up. I call back twice and no answer and I call back again and same guy answers says something and then literally HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! At this point I'm literally 4 mins down the road and already out so I go there it's now 9:53 doors are open and people are in there. I go in there and same guy and I asked if he hung up on me at first he said he didn't then he admitted it but never said sorry or anything and him and all the other employees and manager literally start laughing! No employees cared no manager cared. And after looking at the reviews seems like this happens a lot here with lazy employees and hanging up on customers. I highly recommend do not order from here. It sucks because I really loved the place but Basilico's is coming to stafford and honestly their food is 10x better and services is amazing there
First and foremost I gave this a five star,We were up here on vacation, stopped in and wowwww.The service was amazing, our server was John and he was amazing at his job.He made us feel welcome the whole time we were there, he took our order quickly, brought us our food quickly and all while working 11 other tables, always checked on us to see if we needed anything.I would have to say the best server we have ever had.Our food was delicious, hot, tasty and made to order.Reasonable prices to.If you are in the area give it a try,Request John, he's great.
My husband and I used to frequent Vinny’s when we were both in the military. We were in the area today so we stopped to eat dinner. Service (John? Wish I could remember his name!) was fantastic. We’ve had him as a server in the past and he has been a great addition to Vinny’s. You can always tell who’s been in the service industry when they bring the kids stuff out first. It was great to take our daughter there for the first time since Mom and Dad had many dinner dates there. Sat at our old spot and everything.
Always good pizza and baked spaghetti
This was our favorite restaurant when we lived in Stafford 13 yrs before and it was still great! We had baked spaghetti and fettuccini- both great. The staff wasn’t very friendly but they seemed to be better with the regulars.
Good food. Better service. Would recommend. I'll be returning.
First, let me start by saying, the prices are very reasonable. 3 people were able to eat for $47.00. The manicotti, also was delicious. The carbonara was also pretty good would probably give 3-4/5z However, the garlic bread was burned. The cannelloni reminded me of Mexican lasagna, it had huge chunks of red pepper inside. The salad was practically just lettuce. I think I will give this spot a try again, but maybe just stick with their pizza for next time... unsure due to the reviews though.
Husband and I ordered from here for the first time this evening. He ordered lasagna and I ordered pasta seafood. I enjoyed my food very much. My portion was much larger than my husbands but he enjoy his meal as well. Both came with two slices of garlic toast on the side.
The restaurant is very well established. I ordered the stake and cheese sub. The chips are not that great but the fries are amazing. Watch out for they charge u extra to swap out chips for fries. This is the only reason why I'm not giving them 5 stars. They should not charge you to support fries for chips since both are homemade. Just Different process same oil.
One of our favorite restaurants to visit in town…. They had the Lobster Ravioli Special and WOW!!! It was one of my very favorite pasta dishes EVER!!!! Soooo good! The sauce was incredible and would LOVE to have that recipe!! We also split a Mediterranean Calzone which was really good but a bit greasy from the sausage.. loved the feta cheese on it… we can’t wait to return!! One day we will save room for the gelato!!
