When a restaurant makes a mistake it’s usually not a big deal. But when you go to a restaurant for a while and notice that about 1/2 of the time their is a mistake it is frustrating. But to be told that because we complained about mistakes to much, that we will no longer be given any form of discount or compensation for mistakes, is rude. Additionally to have this said in front of all the patrons is very rude. The fact that a manager did this is worse. If things were made to the standard of the order this wouldn’t be an issue at all. Maybe instead of working so hard at damage control the manager should focus on putting out quality food and service.
