We just placed a fairly good sized order and our service was reasonably timed considering the location was slammed at 11pm. I made sure to mention the shift was doing a great job with the resources they have to work with... broken speaker so we ordered at the window, limited staff, etc. This is the only option for us at this time for a late night snack and picky eaters. Our order was made correctly and hot! I've never had my order incorrectly made at this location.I docked a star because I haven't been inside this location yet. It looks cleaner than a lot of other locations from the outside and through the windows, but I'd want to experience dining inside to give 5 stars.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. NOT JUST AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT BUT AT THE CORPORATE LEVEL AS WELL. I WAS TRIPLE CHARGED ON THE TACO BELL APP BECAUSE THER'RE SYSTEM CRASHED. NO ONE WANTED TO ASSIST IN GIVING ME A REFUND INSTEAD THEY LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS CRAZY WHEN I SAID I USED THE TACO BELL APP AS IF IT WAS A FOREIGN APP. I HAD TO END UP GOING THROUGH MY BANK. THEY ARE ALL A JOKE. WILL NEVER GO BACK. BE CAREFUL USING THE APP.
They got my order wrong. I ordered 1 regular taco and 2 cheesy gordita crunches and ended up with 2 regular tacos and 1 cheesy gordita crunches. I got jipped.
I was there today March 14, 2022 at about 4 PM, the person who took my order was very polite and professional, the person who gave me my food was just as awesome. They seemed happy and it was great to see. Their energy was a nice boost after a day of work. Of course the food was great too.
I haven't been to this location in over 6 months. But sometimes you just need that Baja Blast and chalupa fix. It hit the spot and the service was extremely fast for dinner rush hour. Especially after the long and complicated order I had to put it. Everything was correct when I got home.
I was there 1/14/2022 at around 9pm. There were 2 woman and a man who were exceptional. I don’t order fast but tonight I was picking up food for my son and he doesn’t eat meat. i messed up the order not even thinking to make sure there was no meat and they handled it so promptly and professional that I was actually taken back. Thank you guys again for being awesome and I’m truely sorry for the inconvenience.
I got quesadillas and there were little black bits of the burnt spillage from the tortilla press. They were in the bag, on top of my food, and one piece ended up in my mouth ?. Super unsanitary, don’t think I’ll ever pick food up here again.I bought nachos and received a nacho cheese cup less than half full that looks like someone else dipped into it.
Had breakfast here twice, and it was fantastic both times. The first morning crew had one of the nicest workers I've dealt with in awhile. God bless her for her positivity and cheerful attitude. Two thumbs up from me!
Place normally has a line wrapped around the building, but lately it hasn't been as bad. I guess the service has sped up but what I love the most is that I can't remember ever having a order that was wrong - for fast food that's AMAZING. Service is incredibly friendly as well.
Pretty sad when the bell beats out bigger reasturants but it happened here. I like the bell Idk, always get what you order and it's not bad
