Placed an order online for pickup. My son and I wanted a B.L.T . There website does not have it as an option for some reason. Called and asked how I should place my order for those 2 sandwiches I would like. I was told to make it as a veggie delight , click the bacon button that is$0 .75 then click extra bacon . Well , there is no extra bacon option. Also, realized I would be paying extra money for a B.L.T due to their online menu mistakes. I was told to just click bacon and he would take care of the sandwiches , making sure they would be a B.L.T . It was to my surprise when my husband came home my son’s and my sandwich had 2 small pieces of bacon…. So yeah , thanks for that.
Regular customer because they get orders right, even down to the extra olives. Close to work in Quantico.

My family and I went in on Fathers Day about 2pm and the staff was so unprofessional, rude and lacked any ounce of customer service. Who ever owns this location, you probably want to retrain your employees on customer service!

I just did the online pick up. I ordered two sweet onion chicken teriyaki subs and they both were nasty! The chicken was not cooked all the way and was just filled with gristles. If someone pays for something they want good quality food not food thrown together barely cooked. ??
I made three orders and a female employee was preparing my meal. A male worker tried to help her without changing his gloves. I kindly asked him to do that. He was upset, retreated to the back of the shop and he let her handle three orders by herself. I heard him saying something in Spanish and the girl laughed. I knew multiple language, I just didn't hear clearly what he said. I hope he didn't curse. I approached him trying to explain to him that some people have allergies to some food and other do not eat certain meat and he should change his gloves often to avoid contamination. I felt that he still wasn't convinced and took it personally! Subway Franchise owner should step in to train his workers about customers and their different need.
