Today called for the Turkey Cali fresh but I really came for the outstanding service. There is an issue with the coupons and the other locations have simply turned me away but Shaquana went above and beyond to insure that I had a good deal but also throughly went through the menu with me! She greeted me again today and I decided to go outside the coupon deal and get our favorite. I hope mgmt sees this and looks out for the crew that is running this spot. Great atmosphere and very clean.
This stands out to me as one of the nicer subways. They were attentive and prepared the sandwich exactly what the way I wanted.
I ordered online with delivery and my order was wrong. I called & took it back, they still got my order wrong. Smh.
Terrible experience with rude employees! The two employees there didn’t know how to check if the meatballs that were in the microwave were hot or cold… I then asked if the meatballs were done. One mumbled and said “I don’t make them.” Very terrible employees with no customer service. I asked for a manager they said, “none are here.” This was not the first time being at this location with a bad experience. Unprofessional and non experienced staff first hand.
Went in for the free sandwich today, and ask to not have bacon on it and was told not having the bacon voids the free offer.So unaccomodating and unacceptable. Then the manager claim there is no store number associated with this location in order for me to file a complaint with there corporate offices. A blatant lie, no wonder they need to give away free sandwiches to attract more business and better publicity. Well, I will no longer patronize subway

Whenever I order from you guys on door dash, yall always mess up my order.Today I ordered a veggie sub with only vegetables but it had this weird mystery meat patty in my sub. The scary thing is, I cant find this mystery meat on your website. WHAT IS IN MY FOOD?!? lmfao
