Bad service, extremely slow, even for Starbucks. And you would think that “slow and steady wins the race” but the drinks sucked too.
Usually, I never leave reviews for places and am an avid starbucks addict. However, my experience with this starbucks location is always 100% trash. today i placed an order through ubereats(driver was amazing, so no complaints on their end) but my order was horrendous. i ordered an iced coffee and it had not been sealed correctly so coffee was leaking out of the bag, and the grande cup with missing about 1/3 of the liquid, as well as it having ZERO sugar when i asked for 4 pumps online. the second item in my order was a frappe that i added 1 espresso shot, almond milk, and no whip to since i have a severe lactose intolerance….it came in a venti cup when i ordered a grande(happy accident?), with no espresso, and there was whip cream on it. unfortunately for me, it’s safe to say there was definitely milk in that drink.if you want quality starbucks with the most friendly and attentive employees, go across the street to the starbucks in target.
Sorry cup of cappuccino! Very little foam. My husband went about 8:35pm. On Saturday, April 2nd. I guess they were in a rush to close.
3rd time visiting. Good food and drinks. Good customer service. At night it’s not too bad but in the mornings through late afternoons it gets very busy. When it’s busy it does take a long time to get orders in and get my order. I recommend this store.
Warning: don’t come here 30 minutes before a closing. Check your cup and give it a taste to see if it taste good and if there’s stuff smudged on the sides. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and what I got was watered down bitter milk, and caramel syrup smeared on the side of my cup, which got all over my steering wheel and cup holder because I couldn’t clean up until I got home. (I tried licking it, it wasn’t enough )I’m pretty upset… I’m not going to drink this. Not worth my five dollars at all. Five whole bucks for bitter milk water? No thanks. By the way… This was a normal iced caramel macchiato with no additions or subtractions, just the plain one they’re supposed to make in the same way!
All i wanted was a Frappuccino but u know how Starbucks.. If u black..Dont go to this location. I ordered a simple Frappuccino. Everyone who came in after me (White) got served drinks and food before me. Some people had the same drink. So, when I asked the cashier where's my order she replied "she doesn't call names." They just need to be fair, keep track of the oders and work on customer service..smh
Last night my friend & I went to Starbucks so I could get a sweet drink to sip on & keep me awake since I work late nights. I have social anxiety so my friend ordered for me. While she was ordering my drink, one of the baristas making another drink turned around & said “That’s a lot of sugar. That’s disgusting.” My friend responded & said “good thing you’re not the one drinking it” & she turned around & continued on with what she was doing. Another customer across the room also heard the comment & seemed just as shocked as I was. The baristas name tag said Morgan, I don’t know her last name.Anyways.. after that, I was pretty embarrassed. I can’t imagine what would happen if she had said that to somebody who had an ED.To “Morgan”, do better.
Ordered 12 pumpkin spice lattes and staff was professional and courteous. Drinks were great and people were just lovely.
Inconsistency every time. I can't tell if they're under staffed or overwhelmed, but even Target Starbucks has more consistency and speed with their drinks and orders... Also it's frustrating when I request a remake of a drink and it's done 15 minutes later. I get being busy but twice now there's been very few people in line and waiting.
This town needs another Starbucks. Inside Target doesn’t cut it, either. It’s not the store’s fault; they just can’t keep up with the volume. Long wait times and mobile ordering is often not available. I don’t have time to sit in line to order so I go to a competitor, unfortunately.
