We had an absolutely awful experience at this Popeyes location. It's a struggle to give this review a single star!First, after walking in, it took almost 15 minutes standing in line before placing our order. There were only two groups of people in front of us - one with maybe 4 people and the other with 2 people. The staff seemed more interested in being on their cell phones than helping customers.After placing our order, we waited close to 25 minutes to get our food. We were told they were waiting on the chicken sandwiches. Seriously? 25 minutes to cook chicken sandwiches, Popeyes' signature sandwich?When we got the sandwiches, they were hot and juicy, which was good. But they had so much spicy sauce, it felt like we were eating chunks of salt. It was horrible.We tried the Mac and Cheese. Don't bother, it's not that good. Stick with the red beans and rice.They were also out of beignets. That's understandable. However, if you're out of an item, please take it off your screen that's showing your menu items.About the only good thing with this visit was the chilled lemonade. That was very good.I cannot recommend this location at all. There are plenty of other places around to eat. And if you're really in the mood for Popeyes, drive down the road a bit, it'll be worth it for sure.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! We started by waiting 15 minutes for the two female employees at the counter to start taking orders. The lady in front of us in line asked if they were going to take orders and the first employee who we later found out was in charge snapped ignorantly at her at her saying they were busy with another order. The second employee kept flipping her loosely hanging hair from hanging in her face to the rear. I counted four times. When we ordered she grabbed our cups to go get us tea. Instead of grabbing the cups normally she put her fingers on the inside of the cup. The same hand she was flipping her hair, rubbing her eyes, and scratching her face. She told us she would call us when our order was ready. We waited another 15 minutes and saw her serve 10 people who were after us in line. My wife asked about our order and she said she was busy and served another person who walked in to order well after we were sitting and waiting. What we ordered was not unique (Chicken and tenders). My wife asked to speak to a manager and the employee would not answer. She asked two more times and the first employee said. We do not have one. So we asked who was in charge and the fist employee said she was so we said we would like the talk with her. She rolled her eyes and walked away. She would not come back to us. My wife called the customer service line sharing our experience and the first employee tells the second employee that my wife better watch herself. We are going to get an audience with Poppey’s Corporate to follow up and I will go back during the week to see if there is a manager. Needless to say we through the food away, especially after noting the rodent traps at the door on our way out. One white and one black. Disgusting hygiene with TERRIBLE customer service!!

I placed a mobile order online 15 minutes prior to my arrival at this location, when I arrived they were a bit busy so I stood in line as the cashier took 3 orders and then walked away. I continued to stand there and wait while the cashier looked and other employees walked by for about 15 minutes before I finally had to speak up. When I requested to cancel my order and receive my refund it was as if no one there wanted to help me. You could see to go orders bagged up but no one even checked to see if my order was prepared that has been ordered for 30 minutes at this point. I have never experienced such poor service and will not return to this location again. I also tried to call and speak with a manager but no one answers the phone at all I ended up having to call corporate just to get a refund, very disappointing.

Asked for and paid for three breasts in a meal. Got home and they’re all thighs and everything was cold after waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru.

Went to this God Awful place for 3 spicy chicken thighs. They looked like they were from the bottom of a grease pit. Tried using a paper napkin to dry it off. No luck. Not crispy. Only greasy. Couldn’t taste anything but grease. The service is a joke. Order taker is too busy talking to her coworkers to do her job. Slowest drive through in the world. 3 cars in line no customers inside. Over 15 minutes waiting for food I wouldn’t feed to the trash can. They need to try the trash they cook. Bet the workers walk over to the TACO BELL for dinner. If you need a laxative try this Popeyes. Guarantee you will soil the car on the way home.

I'll start by saying all Popeyes has gone downhill, but this one is not even real! I went their over a month ago and they were only accepting cash..I go back today and they only accept cash..the owner doesn't care about the place at all..the employees are so fn rude it doesn't even make sense..this place needs to be completely restaffed and under new management..save your money..the grease hadn't been changed in a long time you can taste it..it was just a horrible experience..I blew $20.00 for trash

Love the Red Beans and Rice, with some spicy fried chicken. Just enough spice to not overpower the flavor. A bit pricy, but Very Good to eat once in a while. Red Beans and Rice at Popeyes is FANTASTIC. The portions are small for the money.

The food is generally good. Sometimes chicken tenders are over cooked. Don't get the Mac and cheese. Corporate def need to bring back the Cajun rice and green beans.
