I’ve ordered from here for years until recently when a new manager was placed under control . She was very rude and what I believe to have deliberately did everything opposite on my last order of what I asked. The last conversation with this woman , she informed she was the new manager and started to trash talk an employee which I found very unprofessional. Never in years have I had one problem until this lady was placed in the management position at this location. I always tip very well to whomever delivers my pizza and I am always very sweet to whomever I speak with as I’m very big on respect … I have now taken all of my business to another location up the street and I will gladly continue to order pick up vs delivery to assure respect and unprofessionalism for customers that spend atleast $40 every order up to two times a week … I’m a full time nursing student so it was pretty convenient being a full time mama also of two young babies to order delivery . I feel bad for the employees and customers that are subjected to that behavior . Specially for the young man that has been there quite some time as well as him being trash talked to customers by his own manager… ?
The owner is so nice! Excellent service! The new spicy pizza is delicious. You gotta try it if you like spicy. We ordered it after finishing two large pizzas. Yummy!
Simply staying on schedule instead of an hour late...
Staff were pleasant and respectful despite the restaurant being full of noisy middle schoolers. lol Pizza was perfect and hot.
By far the worst pizza in Stafford. And Expensive. The crust is like cardboard, no sauce, hardly any toppings period. The wings were slimy and tasted funny. I don't know how they stay in business.
This pizza hut always has good pizza, great customer service and fast.
They ran out of pan pizza dough and substituted without calling me. I had to call to get the refund of the extra I paid.
My orders are always completely quickly and accurately. Staff is always welcoming and friendly.
I ordered my pizza ahead of time and asked for it to be delivered at 630pm. It was ignored, and delivered at 530. My guests showed up at 7 and the pizza was dried out. When I received the text they were on their way, I texted back this was too early. Hugely disappointed and a waste of my money.
Staff were unfriendly and inefficient. I felt like my son and I were unwelcome, as if we were wasting their time. We had ordered through the app and even though the app had said the order would be ready in 15 minutes and then showed that my order was ready after that, I kept being told that my order would be another few minutes and to wait outside the restaurant and come back later
