Ordered online, paid for extra toppings, never added any extra toppings. This was the 3rd time I have ordered and paid for extra and they just don't put it on. But, they are happy to keep the extra money you pay.
I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for many years and they never fall short on anything. Always providing quality service and they are dang fast too. Tim, who works there, always provides quality customer service, always helpful. Recommend this pizza hut 100%.
This is the best Pizza Hut I’ve had in years. I used to love Pizza Hut when I was little with my family, it has a mouthwatering scent and the vegetables were fresh and there was a sufficient amount of cheese. It would be the best pizza chain and this location reminds me of that pizza. They have not since been the same. Even charge for the pan crust (which is by far the best) this location though.. So nostalgic. I recently moved to stafford from Chicago which is known for the best pizza, but nothing can beat the original taste of Pizza Hut. Please never change!
Food was amazing. Light airy crispy crust on the pizza brought back all those childhood memories.
The friendly service was definitely appreciated when the gentleman came out to my car. But the fact that the pizzas were still warm made correctly and still fresh was very nice to see!! Not all Pizza Huts deliver this type of good and well-made pizza.
Having enough supply to cover the crust selected by the customer and a shorter delivery time. I live diagonally from the pizza hut on Route 1 and it literally took over an hour to get to me and it was cold and the crust and breadsticks were tough.
Pizza was good, when it finally came. Server said they were short staff, which is understandable mo a days. Only issue was there was a party of young boys with parents. They were very loud and running around. Parents had some control, but I felt management should also have stepped in as sometimes the boys were so loud no one did anything. Not much consideration for other patrons.
The driver showed up to the house and I requested contactless delivery she stood there for a few minutes and then walked away with my food. I had to call the store and have them turn the driver back around and deliver the food.

the customer service was great! it was the quality of my food. the order was messed up, the pizza was very doughy. i ordered cheese bread and we got regular bread sticks instead, and like i stated the pizza seem to be under cooked.
