I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but my experience was bad enough to share- We ordered pizza for my family on a Tuesday night. The app said 10-15 minutes and I arrived around 20 minutes after ordering. The guy working told me it would be around 20-25 minutes.Completely off but I understand the que getting backed up! I then waited 25 minutes and went back inside and my order still hadn’t been started. I went back to my car, came out another 20 minutes and my order still wasn’t ready. Overall I waited over 50 minutes past my estimated prepared time which I think is a bit ridiculous.The whole place smells like cigarette smoke and the employees were talking on the phone while 8 people waited impatiently.The lady next to me also reported that her app said “Picked up” around 25 minutes before she actually got her order. It seemed like they were checking in orders early to appear to have a shorter wait time. I can’t verify this but it would explain why the times are so off.Rating 2 Stars because the pizza was still well prepared despite being nearly an hour late . Overall this place needs better management or more employees.
45-50 delivery time. Watched delivery travel away from its destination on tracker about a mile. Delivery person (DoorDash) outsourced Bc they were “busy”. Pizza was soggy and not hot by the time it was delivered. No solution offered by manager. $55 wasted.
Scheduled a time for it to come. It came an hour early and by the time guests arrived. It was cold
The place reeks of cigarette smoke. If that’s allowed, then who knows how clean it is. The food tastes fine but it can’t be clean in there
Great prices and LOVE the store here...the managers and people there are very helpful and put lots of attention to the quality and satisfaction of the customers and food
Long wait, they tell you 5 minutes, you have to wait 15 minutes ?
I have not had Papa John's pizza in probably 10 years and for some reason on Mother's Day I decided that is what I wanted. I just wanted to be home and relax and have some good pizza. I was honestly so hesitant because I purchased close to a $100 worth of pizza for a family of 6 and I was praying I wouldn't be disappointed. My pizza came fast and hot! When I tell you this was hands down the best pizza I've had in a long time!!! My kids kept asking where I got this pizza from. I was definitely not disappointed, my delivery driver was so sweet and even thanked me for the tip. I had to call the manager and tell him what a great job they did making this mom happy ?. Food service workers always get beat down when something is wrong and I just wanted to let them know they did a great job!
the staff were very obnoxious and rude when i called. i dont recommend. who knows what theyll do to your pizza
Love Papa John’s but for some reason today my order was different. Ordered our usual “the works” but for some reason our crust was half original half thin crust. Did this happen to anyone else?
Definitely not thin crust. Toppings were OK, but a bit on the skimpy side. They were fresh, though. Delivery was on-time
