Location out of sweet fire chicken, sesame chicken, rangoons, veggie egg rolls and sweet tea. I don't think this location makes more sweet tea after 7pm if they run out despite being open for 3 more hours. Would be nice to put a sign on drive thru menu when you're out of so many items so people don't wait in line for nothing. Disappointing experience at this location.
Stafford could use more restaurants but of course, you need adequate staff and unfortunately we don't seem to have that here as a general rule. Panda Express is one of the few somewhat healthier choices in our area but they are inconsistent with their portions and can be rather pricey for the portion depending on who serves you. I also wish the staff wouldn't interrupt their customers when they are ordering with "is that all?" every two seconds. It is rather rude. Instead how about waiting a moment and asking "Is there anything else that I can get for you today?" It sounds nicer and is more professional.Today I ordered three Angus steak bowls and all had different amounts of meat. It also wasn't as tender as it has been in the past.I don't want to complain but I really think portion size and courtesy is important.
Very disappointing experience most of the times i come here. No straws when i need it, managers uncaring and monotone. Really need an update on your crew and such. Foods decent and hot, but nothing really else sells the panda experience im used to for this establishment
Garbage & diarrheaJust paid an "upcharge" times three (large plate) for new Brisket/ginger meal, absolute scam. Five thin slivers of meat in this garbage meal, 2 pounds of vegetables...Garbage.Every time we reluctantly come back here there's some sort of screw up on our order...Updated- after eating thus particular meal, my poor mother had diarrhea for most of the night. She had the sesame chicken.
Idk what to say ... cause Idk if we should blame ourselves or them for having us pay for this. Granted we went before closing but just say your close instead of having people pay. I'm throwing this whole meal in the garbage. This how people get sick. Chicken is hard and this all straps like, You didn't care who you giving this to. Disappointed
Food is good most times unless it's been sitting. Lately, they have been out of an item or two each time I've visited.
I'm unsure why it's so hard to completely slice the grilled (terryaki) chicken into small bite sized pieces for a "cub meal" when specifically asked to do so. Slice, look, not completely cut? slice, look again. ??♂️
Never been so sick after eating here. Just getting over nearly vomiting out my dinner & it’s almost 4am. Sure it tastes good but it’s not worth becoming ill. I will not be eating here again.
Don't order from here if you expect to get everything you ordered. Also, if you call and inquire about your delivery, they'll pretend they never received it. What a horrible and unprofessional place this is....Good luck if you decide to waste your money here.
For the price i pay, i expect to get more for my meal. Bought 5 plates n one bigger plate. One of my entrees was put in a small container???. Then told it's my third entree. This ain't the time to nickel n dime folks...WE HUNGRY... Went to Sams Pizza.
