We’ve been coming to Pancho for years. The food and prices are good. Today we stopped for lunch and when I ordered from the lunch menu I was informed there is a $3 “surcharge” for items on the lunch menu and that I could get the same meal from the dinner menu cheaper. So confused! Why offer a lunch menu?
Service was exceptional! The food was pretty tasty. I ordered the shrimp street tacos with rice and beans. The rice didn’t have much flavor to it. The entree came with three tacos that were stuffed with three shrimp each. No worries, the shrimps were pretty big! My daughter got the ground beef burrito smothered in cheese sauce. All was delicious. Just wish the side items had more flavor.
Meh - skip it and save your money. Used to be a really great spot for many years. Now the service isn’t great, the portions are much smaller, and just not worth the money. I got a quesadilla and they don’t even top it with pico de gallo or guacamole. They just give you a dry quesadilla and it isn’t even filled to the edges with cheese. The dessert was alright. But yeah just nothing spectacular like it used to be. Maybe it’s new management or whatever but I think it’s time for me to find a new favorite Mexican restaurant. The flowers on the table in a little vase had brown water and the flowers were rotting. Waitstaff didn’t even know if the beans and rice were vegetarian or not and had to run back and forth to and from the kitchen. If you’re serving food, you need to at least know what vegetarian customers can eat. Too bad!

This has become one of our favorite places to eat in Stafford. Authentic and absolutely delicious food. Always a great experience with wait staff. We very much enjoy frequenting this restaurant. We've never waited to be seated, even on the weekends. Highly recommend Pacho Villa for its food and family-friendly atmosphere.
The food was great and the drinks were great. For some specialty cocktails they had smalls and large but either way, it's more than enough. Great food, great price and our server was lovely. Will visit again!
Unique decor. Defining margaritas. Tamales can better. Heavy cheese as expected.

(January 12, 2022) We has great experience and amazing dinner at Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurant for my husband birthday. The foods very testy and delicious. Our waitress name “Jocy” she’s very friendly and excellent service. (My kids said your burger very delicious and better then OUTBACK at Stafford local. ?)
I love this place. I have been coming here since 2013 and itaways delivers consistently good food and a great atmosphere. If you are in the mood for some good Mexican food in the Stafford or Quantico area you can't go wrong with Pacho Villa's.
