First, I have been a repeat satisfied customer to the Stafford Paisano's. This time I was very disappointed, especially with the mobile application. I mobile ordered from the specials-large one topping for 9.99 and two subs, fries and a soda for 21.99. I discovered after I piked up the order that the fries were missing. I returned to the store and the manager said it was my fault that I didn't follow the app correctly and that this is a common occurrence with this particular order. I ended up paying 26.06 for the 21.99 order and got my fries. The Stafford manager said she could not rectify the money as it was a application problem. So i tried to find a "contact us" on the mobile application to no avail. I had to search " how to make a complaint to Paisano's". I would like a full refund and some techno to fix the mobile app. Let me know Paisano's executive staff. I wont mention the over cooked "steak" pizza. I can share pictures if anyone looks at these reviews. Recommendation-stay with basics at this franchise.
My favorite takeout restaurant. My food is always piping hot and delicious! I love the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna, and of course the pizza. Plus they always have deals. About to order right now!
Absolute worst! Ordered a pizza with pepperoni, ham and artichokes. The artichokes baby leaves. Not artichoke hearts. They are shriveled into nothing and crunchy. The only reason why I ordered from here was to add the artichokes but I will never order here again. I will be posting a photo bc this is the most depressing artichoke I've ever seen*Adding on,* owner asked me to email him which I did twice and never received a reply. He doesn't care about making things right
Really has gone down hill. They keep putting less and less items in the Stromboli. I ordered a make your own with pepperoni, mushrooms and spinach. I might have had 4 slices of pepperoni 3 mushrooms and average spinach. Cheese was also non existent. This has become a reoccurring issue and each time I order, less and less toppings are in the Stromboli. Need to stop ordering, but sick of the pizza but my kids like it and no other decent pizza joint in town. Not like this place is decent.
Amazing food, fair price and great customer service. Glad I came and definitely plan to go again.
Very disappointed this time around! As much as we order from this location! Our pizza was horrible! It was like they didn’t even care when making it! Upon arrive after the nice delivery guy left I lifted up the pizza box and my pizza was a disaster! My topping was every where and the dough wasnt even done! You have one time to screw over my food and I will never order again!
Really pitiful hollow and chewy calzone, this is the kind of chewy where your jaw gets tired, just awful dough. Not a fan of their very bland & not real-tasting feta crumble, which especially makes their greek salad very disappointing. Also it didn’t have olives? Definitely still hungry after this unappetizing meal.
Ordered lunch and ordered a philly cheesesteak no lettuce, tomato, onions. I got my order and it was a chickensteak with lettuce and tomato on it. The chicken was dried out. The only salvageable part were the French fries. Later find out collegues in my building have had nothing but issues with them. What happened? They used to be great for a quick meal.
During the snow storm that closed 95 and debilitated Stafford County, this Paisano’s came through for their community!!! They were open, stayed late, and did everything they could to accommodate their neighbors and stranded travelers. Was the food good, yes. More than that though is the fact that they were there when needed. I had never been there before, but I will continue going there from now on. Thank you from Karen and her little girls!
The Gyro I had tonight… The flatbread was fresh, warm and crispy on the outside. The vegetables were fresh with the perfect crunch, layered perfectly over the warm lamb, with the tzatziki and feta…Delicious. Also the driver was so sweet and waited for me to get to the door, and delivered my food so quick! Thank you!
