I rarely give a bad review and I’ll go back multiple times before I do so, I mean who here has never had a bad day. The problem is every time; 12 maybe more, the foods been subpar and orders incorrect.-McNuggets are always dry and over cooked.-Fries usually limp and soggy-BigMac is haphazardly assembled and thrown in the box.-Fillet-o-Fish sandwich has enough tartar sauce for three sandwiches.-Incorrect orders, most recently I was shorted 2 sausage/egg/cheese McMuffins.-Delivered orders from Grub Hub have even been wrong.It’s bothersome, I live just up the street and want to give them my business but I can’t with these people. From now on I’ll just have to bite the bullet and drive up to the Church Ranch and Wadsworth or 66th Wadsworth, I can’t keep going back to the same place expecting different results.
Always a long wait.. they move you to the reserved drive through spots and then make you wait for ten minutes…. Then the order is always wrong
The restaurant was really clean but they didn't have hot and ready during the prime hours instead it was a 10 to 15 minute wait that's why I gave three star.
They closed right at 11:45, on the Saturday evening, so we were the last ones, my QPC came with the wrong buns, can say it was pretty funny, but eh
Quarter pounder had no tomato, pickles or lettuce. Fries were only half filled and for this we had to wait more than 10 minutes.
We went through the drive thru. The girl who took our order had a tone of annoyance in her voice. Then we paid as she was taking someone else's order. Clearly they're under staffed. We pulled up to the second window and the employee neglected to say anything, simply handing me our beverages. We were asked to park out of the way so they could work on our order. It took way too long. More than several other customers went through the drive thru no problem. We had a larger order, yes, and McDonald's could have used all those orders to complete ours. We finally got our order from another staff member who was cold and dismissive. When we got home, we found that our simple burgers were incorrect and they did not include the happy meal beverage. My husband and I are displeased and have every intention to avoid this particular location.
I wanted to get some chicken nuggets for my friend who's dog (named Honey) just died. Asked for one of every sauce because I didn't know what he wanted. Took out the honey mustard because I didn't want the word honey to upset him. Turns out they gave us 4 packets of honey for the chicken nuggets lolso messed up but its not like the staff members knew but omggg
They only take orders from one lane, but leave both open so you only have a 50% chance to get food at this location. Try tossing a coin to decide if you get to order food or get slowly boxed in by other cars
I just can't even imagine a worse McDonald's with worse employees. I say no lettuce every single time and 9 out of 10 times they still give me. This is why everybody that works there is poor and works at McDonald's
Was jus minding my own business when a gentlemen noticed an older lady had some sort of paper cut. He then asked if she was okay and/or if she needed a bandaid. This is what it’s all about, looking after eachother! Truly went out of his way, huge cudos ! Also my food was fresh, fast & everything inside is SUPER clean ! No other like it. Thank you !!!
