I ordered through Uber Eats. I asked for an unsweetened tea with two lemons and four Splenda. Instead, I got three drops of tea in a large cup of water and ice. Other restaurants would let you know if they are out of a menu item but I’m not surprised at how this McDonald’s thought this was acceptable to send out. At least the food was decent.

Great for (you know the reasons). However, I went into the Weis and saw McDonalds Coffee (as well as Dunkin & Starbucks) and all other beverages, so it might be worthwhile to pop in there and get them for cheaper, thus saving time (best to go on weekends when they have more in stock).

2 weeks in a row they left an item out of our order and good luck if you want a shake as it's only available 25% of the tine.

Incredibly horrible customer service! Pulled up and was not greeted by the teenage girl at the window. After a minute or so, she pushed two bags out the window without a word. While looking through the bags to ensure our food was all there, she says, “ma’am!” while holding straws to give me. We didn’t have drinks yet. I told her to wait while I checked our food - she then gave me the nastiest glare, one that left everyone in our car jaw-dropped. I took the straws and explained I was checking our food. While ignoring her poor attitude, I asked for sauce. Without speaking, yet again, she walked away from the window. I yelled to her that I still needed sauce. She came back to window and told me not to yell for her. As far as I knew, she was wandering back to the kitchen to continue on in la-la land…she didn’t excuse herself or ask me to wait…she simply walked away. ZERO customer service skills!This young lady was unbelievably rude and has an obvious chip on her shoulder. Had she been wearing a name tag, I would’ve made note of it. Long, box braids with colorful nails. Beautiful girl made ugly by her horrific attitude problem!I told her I would be calling her manager, to which she replied “Have a good night.” I called the store four times within an hour following the event; no one answered. Surprise, surprise. I called the location just down the street, across from Walmart to ask if they share the same management. They answered on the first call and advised they don’t - it shows.

They consistently give me a medium mocha when I order a large and I’m tired of it. Today I stopped them to make sure they made a large and he had rung me up for medium, I gave her my credit card to make it right, and they told me I wasn’t getting a large because it takes to long to redo it.

This location consistently makes curbside pick up wait endlessly while serving all other customers first. I have mentioned this a few times and it happened again today plus one of my items was made incorrectly. Getting sick of it and may start driving further for better service.

Ye Ole stand-by, back in my day hamburgers ? were 10 cents! You want cheese that'll cost you another nickle! Sure, we had to walk uphill both ways to and fro, and we like it!

How hard is it to put sauce into the bag? Every time i ask for sauce its not in the bag. Its on the order this is a simple task.

I did the mobile order using the app to get the better deals and went thru the drive thru. While this location has been known to move slow I would consider them better than Garrisonville location.

Decently fast drive thru. Customer service was top notch. No food discrepancies.
