Made an order on the app around 9:45pm to pick up inside and they locked the doors over an hour early (inside isn’t supposed to close til 11pm) and had to wait in the slow drive thru just for a strawberry shake when I could’ve just picked it up inside if they didn’t lock the doors early. Only reason I didn’t cancel the order is because the app doesn’t allow you to
Food was good but the service was fantastic. Amari (unsure of spelling) was going above and beyond helping everyone in the kitchen and providing superb service to us in the dining room. He brought people their food, helped clarify questions for guests, grabbed ketchup and other supplies for guests who were already seated, and was helping all the other employees during the rush. The rest of the staff was great tonight too. There was teamwork and great communication. Y'all did fantastic tonight!
What has happened to McDonald's? You have to ask for condiments...?? They used to have them out on a table. Do not go there . There are other fast food places that still think about the customer.
I'm usually fine with a small mistake every now and then, but this McDonald's continues to mess up on even the simplest of things. Such as miscounting the number of items to add, not following order instructions like no pickles and add cheese.
Worst service everAll the time they r extremely slow and not in the mood of helping customers. On drive through there is always a longggggggggggg line and the service still stays slow only one person on the window to take orders and customer have to wait atleast an hour to just order and then another hour to get their order. This place should be closed if they can't handle the rush
Im not one to complain even if service isn’t great but I had to this time because the customer service was terrible. On February 28,2022 I went to get a vanilla ice coffee. I pay like normal everything is fine I pull up to the window and the lady hands me my iced coffee that looks like straight coffee creamer watered down with ice. I asked if she could add some coffee because it was very light which isn’t what it is usually suppose to look like. Instead of saying sorry let me fix that for you and maybe even offer to remake my drink she literally just puts some coffee in a cup and hands it to me and walks away from the window. There was no apology of any kind. I felt like I was bothering her or that she was too busy to assist me any further. It wasn’t even busy at the time around 1pm. Ive never experienced such terrible customer service like I did today. I wouldn’t recommend getting an ice coffee at this McDonald’s if your thinking about it.
Today wasan't one of their best as far as speed and efficiency. Food was still hot and tasty. Employees pleasant, restaurant appearance very clean and tidy.
It was a little slower than I'm used to but the food was good.
Not sure where the confusion keeps coming in but I keep ordering mcgriddles I guess it's partly my fault for expecting the cashier to put my order in the right way. But recently this happens all the time idk how mcgriddle sounds like biscuit. But I either need to remember to super inspect my food before I leave or just stop going here.
I don't post negative reviews about McDonald's, because I do expect the worse most of the time here (between forgetting parts of an order, etc), but this really tipped the iceberg. I was already having a bad, stressful day, as well as being tired and having a major headache, but I decided to pull in and get something for my son and eventually myself. I made a mobile order online for a happy meal and decided to go through drive thru for a change, since it didn't seem as busy at first (so I thought), and it's been a while since doing so. I get to the window, and a lady answers, and I tell her my mobile order number, but then I asked if I can add an oreo mcflurry. After asking that, some guy takked over her and said we don't have ice cream. I thought it was weird, but I said that's okay, nevermind then. In my mind I knew he was lying, so I decided to order again, just one oreo mcflurry on the app and see what would happen. I decided last minute I didn't want it anymore, so I called to have them cancel it. The lady I spoke to said we have ice cream, and didn't know why someone would say they didn't. She mentioned they would give two, so I'm like okay, I'll turn around real quick to come back. I walked inside and waited a couple minutes. I forgot that I had it for curbside, so the guy (who I'm assuming said we didn't have ice cream) walked past and I said excuse me, is that just the one oreo mcflurry? He said, for Rachel? I said yes.....I watched him make it too, and they usually mix it up after putting the oreo topping on top, but didn't (go figure). He handed it to me, "dabbed" saying deuces (maybe, or something else not sure) then mentioned have a great day. Maybe it wasn't really supposed to mean anything, but I just found it funny for someone who told me there wasn't any ice cream, brought it out to me (who it might be, not sure, just making an educated guess).I guess I'm typing this because there was nothing done to make up for it, even after I called. If they couldn't have added something to order, after already placing a mobile order, that's one thing, now if you could and just didn't want to, that's worse. I know it's McDonald's and all, but it doesn't take much to be a decent human being. It's still a job, and should be treated as such, and not having employees acting/talking any kind of way to customers, or acting unprofessionally.I tried to call back again if they were going to bring out a second one or even cancel the order (more in hopes of canceling since I left already), but since the conversation was going nowhere, and I was already, and I didn't want to go back and forth over a mcflurry, I just said nevermind, thank you, and hung up.I just wish I could get my money back for this, but I know I won't.
